If they are the same website, for instance one is for staging other one is production then it’s fine. Otherwise you need two licenses for separate websites.

Have you checked the theme for the latest wordpress 6.2.2 for any issues I see your demos are running on WordPress 6.0.3.
Also i’m running on Archub 1.1 Running into some bootstrap/Jquery issues (i.e bootstrap loads before jquery in the head – leading to some dropdown select menu on a form to load to the bottom of the page)
Did you fix this in 1.2 ? looking at the source it looks different the way it was structured.

I am writing to you as a satisfied user of the Hub theme. My experience with your theme has been incredibly positive, and it has greatly facilitated my web development process. However, I find myself in need of additional customization options.
I am interested in incorporating blocks from other demos into my current project. Previously, I have been able to achieve this by importing the project onto my local machine and manually copying the desired blocks. Unfortunately, I have encountered a roadblock. Due to the constraints of my current license, I am unable to reinstall the theme in my development environment. This is because the license is currently in use and I have not found a way to alter the domain or reuse it.
In light of this situation, I would like to propose a solution. It would be immensely helpful if your team could provide the capability to manage licenses directly through your dashboard. Alternatively, a license management system akin to the one used by the Hub theme would be an acceptable solution.

I have filed a refund request because of the ongoing license management issue. many many customers are complaining they cannot deactivate an old domain which is linked to the license, and you always just repeat they should create a ticket. Why not just fix the back end platform? For this reason I filed the refund because this theme is not functioning the way a theme should. We should be able to change the license ourselves. Not via tickets. Because those are only for 6 months… what after that?

This means that each license purchased can be used for one domain only. Utilizing the same license on multiple domains would be a violation of the licensing agreement.
However, we do appreciate that circumstances may arise where a domain change might be necessary. In such cases, our policy is to allow domain changes through our technical support team. We understand that this might require an extra step, but it is designed to maintain the integrity of our licensing system and protect all our users.
Regarding your concern about support after six months, please note that while the regular support period is indeed for six months, but for license queries you can submit a ticket whenever you want.

regarding your answer: I understand that you guys decide yourselves how to handle these kind of requests. But please understand that as a webdesigner/developer, when having clients, you have to do these kind of things non stop. Other themes or platforms offer to change licenses / domains online, without your tech support having to do something for this.
The many other customers here, who have the same complaints as I do, prove that this is a function that just should be here.
Also, I never intended to use 1 license on several different domains at the same time. I only intended to use it on one domain but now this has become obsolete.
If the platform of your system isn’t going to change so we can change licenses / domains ourselves, I still would like you to consider my refund. This is absolutely essential for me, that I can change things myself without waiting days and days for a reply from cmr service.

I am using MetForm with your theme and it is not working. It’s working in Elementor Edit View, but it’s not working on the Front-end when a visitor views the page. Are there any issues?
When I deactivate “ArcHub Core” it works perfectly.
Also, the inbuilt Elemetor Forms Widget does not submit save or email submissions when the “ArcHub Core” plugin is active, when I disable it everything works (I think).
