Hi, bought the ArcHub theme (love the design) but am wondering if the demos in ArcHub can be imported into Hub, or more so… will the ArcHub demos work in Hub and vice versa? and work properly as it does in the theme they came from? I see that there are a few effects that are absent in one another. Thanks.

You license system is terrible, I loose time trying to instal them and since 5 days I can’t do that.
This is my ticket #19619, you respond after few days. Its disaster, change it ASAP and add possibility to place license code during installation without connecting with you portal which don’t work correctly.
Im very disappointed but way how its it work now!!!!!

This theme has a very big BUG…You can not change the logo on mobile, you can only change the PC logo using elementor, but on mobile, nothing.

I have submitted a ticket only to get a response that ArcHub wasn’t loaded when it clearly was in plain view. Further comments to get support were ignored. Frustrated as every response is days slow and the theme has glitched fully. This has not been an easy to use option compared to other purchases

Hi— Great theme once you get the hang of it, but I am having major issues with the blog:
On the single post pages, the only way I seem to be able to get the Post title to show is when the header is disabled. ??! I have tried numerous combinations of settings, started fresh and cannot figure out the issue.
On the main blog archive page, for some reason, the header is 3x taller than it should be.
I would also like to request a feature for alignment/fill settings the post’s featured image.

I haven’t purchased this theme yet.
I was wondering if it was basically the same theme as Hub.
The Hub theme made it very difficult to create a simple site.
I have opened dozens and dozens of tickets for the Hub theme, but in addition to receiving answers after days, many of the problems have not been resolved.
For example, you have deprecated basic wordpress features such as post formats, consequently creating conflicts with plugins that normally work with any free and pro theme.
By removing the functionality of the post formats, for example it makes that theme for the blog very inconvenient, they cannot be highlighted: Galleries, audio, video or quotes.
By the way plugins that reintegrate them don’t work with your theme.
I wanted to understand before buying if I have to find myself in the same situation.

The same as importing the same demo, but make sure not to import the settings. On a separate note, I’d recommend using Hub Collection, which helps you to import any pages/sections you want without importing the entire demo.

I bought the theme. I activated it on liquid website. But when I try to activate the theme wordpress (6.2) gives an error and I must rename the theme folder to access wp admin again. How to solve?
