Hi, I have a problem that needs your assistance.

The problem is with the main color of this theme. When I purchased the theme it has “Red” in the main color but I need to change it to a “Blue” color.

I have tried to change it from the theme option (https://docs.beplusthemes.com/Asata/#color-options) It show’s it has changed but when I reload the page it still remains red. So can you please guide me on how can I change the main color of the theme?

Backend WP Bakery editor keeps on spinning and is not loading. Help!

Hey, I bought this theme some time ago for a website which is not in use anymore, now i want to use it to build another website, but the activation key(Purchase code) seems not to work. (i get this error: “Something went wrong on get purchase information: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: api.beplusthemes.com”)

When I try to enter purchase code, receiving the following error and failing:

“Something went wrong on get purchase information: cURL error 6: Could not resolve: api.beplusthemes.com (Domain name not found)”

How can I save purchase code so that I can start using theme and customize/
