I have purchased this theme and installed it. It doesn’t appear that any of my WordPress pages resemble that of the template, additionally, I get a message to activate WPBakery Page Builder. I checked the invoice and there is only one code, which does not work. Please help get this template working. Thank you

I just bought your theme and I’mm currently running Wordpress 5.3.2 and I have no access to theme options, is nowhere to be found under appearance and when I try to run the “demo content install” it prompt me with an error “table name is more than 64 characters”.

when I try activate redux framework it prompt me with another error thats says the following “the plugin generated unexpected output” followed by constant secure _auth_key on line 73….

Any suggestions?

I downloaded the theme and uploaded to our website. It is activated and ready to customize. However I do no see any templates or framework options to use. Do you have templates to work off of? Also the media also didnt upload with the theme. Does that normally come with the Asata Theme?

Hi! I change the site color under THEME-CUSTOMIZE-COLORS but the pink color is still on buttons, hamburger menu icon, search. How do I select color for that? Thanks.
