I have a problem. Whether I create content from editing the page or from live editing, when I click on save content (it gives me ok to save) when updating the page the published content is not saved. I have deactivated all the plugins in case any caused a conflict but it is still impossible. I have not been able to add content in any way to my website for a few days. I have the latest version of Avada and nothing. Could you give me a shout?

This can be due to object cache. Please try and enable the object cache option by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Options → Performance

This means the meta tags are not properly setup for your single post, kindly double check inside the Avada Meta tag field in page options or if you are using any 3rd party SEO plugin, these should be available there.

I’m trying to import a custom .json file containing my Page Options, but I’m running into an issue. Here’s what I’ve done:
I go to create a new page.
I click the “Import Page Options” button.
I select my .json file and upload it.
After uploading, nothing happens—it just returns me to the same screen.
I’ve tried saving the page afterward, but the Page Options don’t appear to change or apply.
Can you please confirm if this is the correct way to import a full set of Page Options? Also, is there a different process for importing a full homepage design that was exported as a JSON file?
I’d really appreciate your guidance on how to properly import custom page settings or templates into Avada.

Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to open a support ticket as my support period has expired. However, I’ve purchased four licenses of Avada and have followed the exact steps in the documentation link you shared — multiple times — but the issue persists.
To clarify again:
I’m importing a .json file via the “Import Page Options” button on a new page.
After selecting and uploading the file, nothing changes — no confirmation, no applied settings.
I’ve saved the page after import as well, but the Page Options do not reflect any changes.
Could you kindly confirm whether the “Import Page Options” function is meant to apply a full design layout or only specific settings? And if there’s a different method to import a full homepage layout saved as a JSON file, please guide me on that.
I’d really appreciate your help despite the support window being closed, especially as a repeat customer with multiple licenses.

I believe there is some misunderstanding here, the page options export import is not supposed to import or export the page content, that is an entirely different thing, the page options are only supposed to import and export the page options area which you have set here => https://cln.sh/GPTxh9LB

Hi Team Avada, I bought a license for my website. Shortly after taking the website live, I changed the domain name (the old domain name is still there and redirects). However, the web builder no longer recognises my original purchase code and says it’s being used by another domain. Please help validate the key for the new domain. Thanks!

This is doable from your my.avada.com dashboard already without any issues, we suggest you to please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account here -> Licenses – My Avada You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works.

no matter what I do, setting the container for equal height or the columns for equal height, I cannot get my 5 column row to be equal height. I’ve tried both legacy and flex options for the container, and tried setting the columns themselves to be equal height, nothing works.

I bought this theme as a complete beginner and followed your YouTube tutorials to build my own website. I messed around with the theme and had to reset it a few times. I ran into a problem with the prebuilt website I installed — I wanted to change the hover text effect on the menu, but I couldn’t. I thought that effect was part of the prebuilt system. I submitted a support ticket, but the Avada Support team only sent me two links that didn’t help, so I gave up on the prebuilt theme. I reset everything and started building a new one from scratch.
Right now, I’m working on the header and menu. Everything looks fine in the preview (on desktop, tablet, and phone), but when I check the site on my actual phone, the logo and menu icon are missing. I’m not sure what happened, because I can still see both in the phone preview on my Mac. Any help would be appreciated! (last time I submitted a ticket and got a very unhelpful reply, so I’m posting here instead)

This means the OG tags needs to be updated, this depends on where the OG tags are picking the content from, if you are using a 3rd party SEO plugin(s) you will need to edit them inside the page editor.

The website shows critical error after I updated it to the latest PHP version. The godaddy tech says that the theme is not compatible with the newest version of PHP snd hence the error. Can you pls help with this? TIA
