Just wondering. I want to add a Nominee but the newly added nominee doesn’t have the Author Info with the Design, Creativity, Usability, Content percentage sliders like the demo content.
Is there a way to fix this or activate it or something?

1) Is this theme active? When will be your next update? 2) Can this theme be used for an open contest, where any registered user can vote for one candidate, in different categories? Is there a pre-installed voting system with your theme? 3) Can I create different categories for this awards contest? (Ex. Best Actor, Best Movie, Best Director, etc.) 4) Can I determine who can or cannot vote in the contest? If so, how? For example, can I make it in a way that just logged-in users to the website can vote? Or perhaps followers of our Instagram account? 5) Can you share any live examples of actual website using your theme? 6) Can I have access to a demo admin?

1. The theme is active and working fine with latest version of WordPress.
2. Whenever we found any issues we usually update the theme.
3. Yes, you can create categories for awards and voting system is included with theme.
4. Currently there are two options for voting, logged in users and based on IP address. There is no restriction of users roles. But if you need to specify users then we can make it for you with custom work.
5. The live preview is the demo site, all the functionalities are there, but we cannot provide any actual websites.
6. Currently admin access is not available, but you can email here https://themeforest.net/user/support_themestall#contact , we will provide you admin screenshots and details.

a) Can I conceal (hide) partial voting results during the election process? b) How are the voting results displayed? Can the admin determine when results will be visible? c) To prevent the same user to vote multiple times, is there email conformation for logged in users? Can the user get an email first after registering to verify his/her email? d) Up to how many candidates can take part in an election, per category?

e) One more question: I have another Wordpress-based website, with many registered users. Is it possible to combine/merge both website users’ databases? For instance, if a user is registered on my other website, they would not need to register again to vote on this “awards” website. Let me know. Thanks!
Hello, a) Partial voting system is not available, but if you want we can edit the theme file do the option for you as custom work. b) Voting result is displaying in every single site, if you need to give an award to any site then you need to check it from admin panel and select it from that count. c) Currently logged in users can vote once only, there is no option to vote multiple times. But there is no email confirmation. d) It has no limit, all of your users can vote. e) It is not related to the theme, you can do it with your custom work.

Thanks for your prompt reply. A ► “Partial voting results” mean the current (incomplete) results of an ongoing election. For example, a candidate has received 250 votes at a certain point of a contest, which has not yet ended. Can I simply HIDE these partial results with your system or do I need to have you customize your existing theme for this? My goal is only to reveal voting results in the END. B ► I understand partial results are displayed on every single site. That’s exactly what I don’t want. I need to conceal (hide) partial results and only reveal final numbers in the end of the contest. C ► I believe new users have their emails verified by default when creating an account with Wordpress, so I assume this would be the same case with this theme, correct? D ► Just to clarify, my question was not how many users can VOTE, but rather, up to how many CANDIDATES can take part in an election, per category. Please let me know if there is a limit. E ► I understand that merging different Wordpress website users’ databases is not part of your theme. But is this possible to be implemented? If so, is this a service you can provide, for an extra fee? Thanks in advance for your help!
I understand. In that case we can hide the number of vote, just the vote button will show and after voting the user will see tick with vote button, no number will show. And after ending the voting system only admin will show it in a specific area of site and all the users can see the result. We can do it with custom work because this specific option is not available now.

Hello, my website is showing a white screen and displays critical errors for some nominee functions. The plugin that is causing this is the themestall add-on. Please advice.
Also please let me know how to remove the preloaded. The option to remove it through the theme options does not work.
