Theme doesn’t work out of the box. Don’t waste your money.

How to update WPBakery as I am not able to do it on the theme. Appreciate quick response.

Is the theme still being supported? I just bought it and it doesn’t work, when you try to “import demo data” the process never finishes and it gives a an error 500. The online documentation leads to a broken link. And there’s more errors that other users have already reported here in the comments.

I request a refund ASAP.

We’re having trouble with the old version of Visual Composer included in your theme. As mentioned by other buyers, this theme requires an update. Can you provide it?

Your theme needs an update, and for years you never answered any questions or updated the theme. BEZEL ADDONS are not working at the moment. And we need an answer and support if you are still alive as a theme owner.

ThemePitch never answer our questions. I think after new WordPress update Bezel Addons giving error. How we are going to fix this ourselves, if you can’t show us the way?

Envato should really do something about theme authors who ghost their clients. This is clearly unacceptable

Hi. How can I change the loading SVG icon? (the hexagonal one) It is a svg.preloader-icon inside a div#mask . I have my custom code for svg, but i’m using svg.js library to animate it.
