Good day, how is the whitelist triggered? It is not in the docs. And i cant find a BitPal Membership section, a whitelist function for the ico tokens or a modal or forrm to submit a whitelist request. Also the data is not taken by the account data. Seems as your bitpal membership plugin is not compatible anymore…

Hi.. I am having trouble with revolution slider plugin… It opens but as soon I try create a slider it give me an website critical error and I have all the requirements green up 256mb… Looks like the slider plugin it self has something wrong with it.

This could be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate all your third party plugins except bundled plugins ( BitPal Core, BitPal Crypto, BitPal Membership, WPBakery, Slider Revolution…) clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.

You can set the app presentation page as homepage and main homepage as one of inner pages. Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. After that just navigate to Settings > Reading and set your page of choice as your home page (please see screenshot).

Hello, when I try to edit dashboard/widgets options, widgets page doesn’t load correctly, it is full of errors and then my whole page collapses. Then I need to go to my hosting page and unblock the IP adress and page work, when trying to change widgets same thing happen. Is there any way to fix this?

All our themes pages are present once you import the demo content so there are no different demos, rather pages that you do get once you import the demo content and then you can add, remove, rearrange or create new pages to your needs. Also set your homepage as we described in our previous reply.

Our theme has been designed for showcasing different crypto currencies. You can link buttons to an official market or some other platofrm, where visitors can buy and sell, like this section on the homepage: http://prntscr.com/14ueo3t
You can also translate your whole site to Spanish.
There is no option to show an automatic change of the price of crypto currencies, you would have to do this manually, or find a 3rd party plugin to assist you with this. But when it comes to 3rd party plugins that haven’t been tested with BitPal, we can’t guarantee that they will work.

Is the ICO list are based on calendar or category based?. Example, if anyone list an ICO will automatically fall either ongoing, upcomming or past as per date input by user. or i have to mannualy categorise one by one.
