Like I wrote in my last reply, it is not possible to write you an iquiry on your platform due to expiration of my payed support. However, it should be no reason to deny support when your updates or features like e.g. maintenance mode continue to break my website, so it becomes impossible to reinstall UiCore Framework plugin of any version.

I didn’t want to put this here but I can’t find another way to contact you and I am blocked from submitting it privately in your support unless I renew and I don’t really need any help with the theme right now as everything is running just fine and I don’t see paying $40 just so that I can tell you about this. I am getting a message in my hosting account about the theme: Security risk: xss. Data from an attacker could be interpreted as code by site visitors’ web browsers. The ability to run code in another site visitors’ browser can be abused to steal information, or modify site configuration.It says low risk, but I would like to get it fixed and I am wondering when the next update will be out. Thanks!

Hello, is there a know bug with the search icon (magnifying glass) in the header? We have two of them. One before the social icons, one behind the Call to Action button. The last one is the wrong one. I am not able to remove it. I either remove both or none.

Hello! Thank you for having a look into it. Unfortunately the update caused a much bigger issue. The page is completey empty. There is just the bodybackground and the “move up” icon. All the rest isn’t shown any more. I already cleared the cache as well on the server as well as on the browser. It’s the same on other devices as well as browsers.
I had to rollback the version to 5.0.6 to let the website work again. Unfortunately that caused an internal server error 500.
Error Details
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 25 of the file /.../wp-content/plugins/uicore-framework/modules/uicore-animate/plugin.php. Error message: Cannot declare class UiCoreAnimate\Base, because the name is already in use
We had the delete the new modul as well to make the website work again.
It appears that the update may have been cached on your end. Could you please try updating again? This error typically occurs when only the theme was updated and prompted you to install UiCore Animate, but with the latest framework version, it should work. Simply go to the updates tab and attempt to update once more. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will investigate further.
I updated the theme again. The page looks fine and has content. There was no prompt for the UiCore Animate this time like there was last time. So looks like it worked this time. Thank you!
I also am having trouble finding the pages or blocks that were in the template theme on your website. The ones with the courses, and the side widgets that had each lesson, etc…. Which was the main reason I got this theme!

Hello, the form plugin (MetForm) should be installed automatically on demo import. If that didn’t happen, you can install it in Theme Options – Plugins.
For the LMS template, we used Tutor LMS. Memberpress wasn’t tested yet with our theme.
Hello, could you kindly check if the dropdown menu on the creative menu center (hamburger center) is clickable on the desktop version? I am facing an issue where the dropdown menu opens but the child elements are not clickable even though there is a link in the source code. Thank you.

Hello, it could be caused by RocketLoader, especially the Optimize CSS Delivery feature. Try deactivating it, and see if it works.

1. I want to change the theme to yours having my content moved in it. What will be the best solution to do it? I’m wondering about blog content transfer.
2. What are the difference between Briks, Affirm, Rise themes? Do they have the same custom widgets and premium widgets from Elementor Pro Pack? Wich one should I consider as the newest one with page speed optimisation? I’m building business consulting services theme.
3. Pages I will need to redesign, so cloning website is the only solution to transfer pages’ content and to have layouts sequence for a new design?
4. Do you provide an extra service for above two inquires?
5. Affirm theme is not having high resolution due to its description. How does it effect the theme?
6. Will I be able to use page templates from other your themes? I mean, all elements and pages from other themes are available in library?
7. Are there any page speed optimisation ( on the code/JS development level) will be needed or everything is done already and no more action is required?

1. If the blog posts were built using the default WordPress editor (Gutenberg), you will be able to migrate them with no issues.
2. All themes use the same framework (UiCore Framework), meaning the features are the same, and even our oldest theme (Brisk) has the same updates and optimizations as our latest one. The only difference between the themes is the ready-made templates.
3. Yes, moving from WP Bakery to Elementor requires you to rebuild all the pages.
4. Unfortunately, we don’t offer any custom services for the moment.
5. It was probably set that way by mistake, and we’ll make sure to update it. High resolution is a featured we are required to fill in when publishing a new theme, but nowadays, all modern themes support this feature.
6. Only the blocks from other themes are available in template library. The page templates are only available on individual themes.
7. We already implemented considerable optimizations on code and resource loading, but for best results, we recommend using a caching plugin, like W3 Total Cache.
8. It’s somewhat possible using Elementor’s shape dividers.
9. Yes, you can use the integrated Theme Builder to create your own single template.

Yes, it’s possible to use blocks from Rise using Affirm, but you will need to manually match the global styles (fonts, colors, buttons). It should be an easy job though.

Hello, while the theme has been around for nearly 3 years, we can assure you the framework behind it has seen some major changes since first published, and you’re getting the same functionalities as our latest theme.
Regarding news/magazine themes, they’re not our focus right now. There are awesome options out there for that niche. The 60% blogging stat sounds interesting! Mind sharing where you got that?

Hello, you don’t need to purchase anything else. The theme comes with the premium version Element Pack Pro, which is a plugin similar to Elementor Pro.
We are interested to purchase your theme. But when we read what “Tussibag” wrote: wow. Did you fixed the issues with wrong background colors? We was able to reproduce that issue in your sandbox with demo importer: workspace. Why you do not replace header and footer after new demo import? tussibag call it right: thats not a good flow and will mess the current state of work. Does we also have header and footers in library.uicore or they are not included in library?

Never working with a theme that can not handle most simple basics.
For example with all other themes you can import another demo and they will remove the footer from older demo before adding new demo and new header. But brisk to that in this way: they keep old header from old demo and adding extra footer with new theme. So finaly you will have a lot of menus and a lot of footer in your wordpress and need to cleanup it because brisk does not remove footer and other content from the older demo. 
Another point: install fresh wordpress and run workspace demo. The background color of website is wrong. checking theme status: all values are fine (green). Confirmed by elementor support, they also testing it. We losing one full day with issues like this. Hello, there’s no ready-made shop demo available, but the theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce.
The update to 5.0.0 broke the cart and checkout custom css with Elementor (Pro). Did a downgrade to 4.1.0 and everyhing looks like it should.
Hello, the last update came with WooCommerce improvements, so the custom CSS might not work anymore. We recommend creating a staging environment and comparing the two versions, in order to see which CSS classes have changed.

Hi, all our themes have the same features, and the only difference is between the demo layouts. None of the themes you mentioned have a festival demo layout, so it’s best to choose the one that you think it would be a good starting point.
