Hi, I loved this theme and still using it. I ever wonder, if you notice if the header top with the logo and menu, the default color say blue then you decide to scroll down, it becomes white… now my question how i can disable that, instead stay solid white background. is it possible?
Hi, sure, you just need to disable Transparent Header in Theme Options – Header.
I do check, its disabled. I notice the blog section, its already doing like that but why not other pages? I am still figuring it out. I am still not sure why its not fixed.
Hi, please send your website URL at hello@uicore.co and we’ll check.
I send a email, thanks
Do you have any idea why the header cart icon side bar doesn’t show anything? there is just the close button. The rest is blank.
Hello, this is a bug and will be fixed in the update coming next week.

Hi, Does this theme have a built in Popup Lead Gen Window function that can be activated through a hyperlink? Thanks, Ed
Hello, yes, you can use the included Popup Builder to show any type of content inside your popup, and use the trigger from any clickable widget: https://www.uicore.co/framework/popup-builder/
How to disable staging environment ??? i have this on bottom of my site
Hello, if you moved your website to a new domain, go to Theme Options – Updates – Reconnect. On the next screen where it shows your purchased theme, choose Transfer.
Is there a way to change the resolution of the images on the portfolio grid (portfolio page)? It’s using one of the downscaled versions (that are automatically generated on upload) instead of the original size. Having a 2 column grid and setting the portfolio to full width results in a very poor image quality.
Hi, this is not currently possible, but the upcoming update will add a hook to change this using the child theme. Until the update, please contact us at hello@uicore.co and we’ll send the instructions on how to do it.
Wow, thanks for beeing so fast. I installed the update and – assisted by your great chatbot – managed to use the php filter inside a child theme. Huge fan of your work!
Hello, I am interested in one of the theme, is it possible to output (or by anyway) as HTML files?
Hello, unfortunately that’s not possible. It can only be use as a WordPress theme.
Hello, I have a quick pre-purchase question. Is it possible to create a menu header for this demo https://brisk.uicore.co/lead-generation/ and still keep the get started button in the header? Thanks, Ed
Hello Ed, yes, you can add the menu, social icons, search and even a custom area to the header.
How to translate “No products in the cart.” when the cart icon is in the header? Kind regards.
Hi, that one comes from WooCommerce, so you can use Loco Translate to translate WooCommerce plugin.
Hi! Yesterday, right after latest Brisk version upgrades, the page was broken as somehow the theme was missing and error message on the screen to activate the theme. As I can’t activate my theme under uicore’s web page, so I can’t issue any ticket from there. So I wrote them that I need urgent help. And still silence. Please help me to figure out, how to upgrade latest version of Brisk and how to enable me to put up tickets in your support page.
Hello, if you can’t submit tickets on our support system, please reach us at hello@uicore.co
Hi, it’s just great. Your last 4.0.6 update just broke my whole site: all BdThemes’ elements are gone (slideshow, tabs, cards, progress bars, lightbox element, hidden gallery, headlines). The Element Pack plugin got deleted somehow and upon reinstallation, the elements don’t appear any more. How can we rely on such technology, if it constantly depends on possible screw-ups with updates? Maybe we all should just stick with simple HTML then?...
And “Rollback To Previous Version” doesn’t work either. No progress or feedback of the update or rollback process whatsoever.
Hi Andreas, you’re still using UiCore Framework 4.1.5. Try manually installing the plugins from the theme files: brisk/inc/plugins. You will need to install both UiCore Framework and Element Pack Pro.
Hi, okay, thanks, it worked. However, even after manual update with zip-files, there was absolutely no feedback upon hitting the Update button (to v. 4.0.6). And what about the UiCore framework — why hasn’t it updated just via the Update button in the Settings?
Could you maybe prevent these problems from happening in the future? It’s not common that websites get broken after regular updates. Even if it is common with Elementor and Element Pack, well, then, some more reliable alternatives should be taken into consideration.
In case I lose my Themeforest account, UiCore account, BdThemes locks me out or goes bankrupt — how do I keep my website running? How can I continue to use those elements without them “calling home” for license validation? I didn’t sign up for some annual billing BS for simple website elements and would like it to work for several years on without constant needs for updates and avoid damages…
Hello, please setup a temp admin account and send it via https://support.uicore.co/ and we will take a look. If you loase your themeforest account you can just login using your email and password on https://my.uicore.co. Your products are already stored on our end.
Bugs free is a world we all dream about. We do our best to have a a bugs fee product but it happens. Our promise is that we are always here when things happen.
“constant need for update” is in fact what drives any software to get better and better and is not a necessity is just a best practice. Even for a custom coded theme you need some updates from time to time.
A different perspective is that you bought our product when it had a lot less functionality and designs and now you got even more. If you want to you can chose not to. But this is not something we recomend!
Hi, thanks, I’ve sorted it out. However, imagine a small business, whithout any webshop or blog, which would require a pretty simple website — it wouldn’t need all the latest and finest tech which is subject to bugs and hacks. Wouldn’t it be a more robust solution to have it simpler, that would need less maintenance, thus updates once a year or so and, consequently, be a lot cheaper? Much more freedom to take your mind off things like this! Of course, the web developers would get much less jobs then… but there has to be such option for people that value freedom!
One other thing: since my support has expired, how can I at least inform you of bugs of BdThemes elemens, like one now:
the Slideshow autoplay does work on a page with standard language all the time, but only every other time on the identical page in another language?
Hello Andreas, as long as there are no major security issues discovered, it is possible to run a website for years without performing updates. However, please be aware that hosting providers often automatically upgrade WordPress and PHP, which may affect an outdated website.
We regularly release updates to stay current with the latest versions of Elementor and WordPress, as well as to address any bugs and introduce new features. This is a standard practice, and we do not require anyone to update in order to continue using our product.
Regarding the bug you reported in Element Pack Pro, we will pass it along to the developers. For any other bug reports, please feel free to contact us at hello@uicore.co.
Allright! Thank you!
Since I’m already writing you back, here is the other bug: the animated separator line appears first in grey and at 100% length (although it’s white), and only after scrollng the grey one disappears and the white begins its growing animation
This is a common issue for some other widgets as well, because the markup loads before the CSS file, so the styling is applied afterwards. You can notice that it doesn’t do this the second time you load the page. Unfortunately, there’s not much it can be done here without compromising on website performance.
Okay, thanks for the explanation!
Hi! Why is my theme suddenly “not activated” and why do I need to connect it to get updates manually? That wasn’t the deal… Also, your “Transfer domain” and “Staging copy” options are greyed-out for some reason, so I’m only left with “New Website” registration option. What’s happening?
Hello Andreas, if you updated to the latest version, then yes, you will need to connect your website to activate it. This should be a simple process, and if it’s the first time activating it, “New Website” is the option you need to choose. Please keep in mind that the old purchase code registering option is no longer available.
Hi, what do you mean “not possible” with previous codes? In the theme settings it literally says “if you want to get automatic updates” that I’d need to buy a new license, but I am ok with manual updates.. where did it say that your updates are limited and not life-long? I’ve been able to update to 4.0.4 and it was always active. How can you just go and deactivate my code just like that?! Why do the other template creators from not only keep client’s codes active, but can also deliver updates automatically?
Ok, just to clarify, all updates are free for lifetime.
The theme activation will grant you access to automatic updates, but you can always update the theme manually, if you don’t want to activate your website.
As for buying a new license, it doesn’t say anywhere to do that. You can simply activate using your Envato account, which will automatically grab the purchase code for you, or you can create an account with your email address and manually enter the purchase code.
Again, there’s no need to purchase any other license. Sorry for the confusion, by saying that “the old purchase code registering option is no longer available” we meant that the registering method has changed, so instead of manually adding your purchase code, you need to connect using Envato, and it will be synced automatically.
Hi, well, I wouldn’t have contacted you guys here, if there wasn’t a problem with activation of my old two codes. They are deactivated, the manual update button is greyed out. Apparently, there is an issue after the 4.0.4 update.
I’ve connected to envato as you propose and there was only one option – to register a new website, but it’s not possible with my old codes. It’s a dead end. So what do we do?
Hi, if those codes were already used, all you need to do is choose “Transfer” instead of “New Website”. That will automatically deactivate the already registered domain, and activate it on the new one.
Hi, see, this was the issue: last week all I saw was that I allegedly don’t have any websites in the UiCore account, my theme was deactivated in the WP-UiCore settings, the Update button was greyed-out. Now I see the current domain in the UiCore account, the theme is activated, the update button is bule, however, when I click on it – nothing happens, so I still can’t update to 4.0.5.
Strangely, the version 4.0.5 is shown in the rollback menu – both in the dropdown and in “Reinstall v.4.0.5” button, which is confusing, because the currently installed version is 4.0.4.
Is there something wrong with the Update button? Should I try the “Reinstall” button, even though it’s not going to be a reinstall?
Hi, there are no known problems with the Update process on our end. Please send temporary admin access at hello@uicore.co and we’ll try to debug it. Thanks.
Hi I updated to ver4.0.3 but layout of portfolio single page is broken. But I can’t rollback version because button for rollback is not responded…
side bar goes down, and body layout is now full width.
Hi, this issue was fixed in v.4.0.4, so please update to this version, and it should work fine.
Thank you for quick fix !
I updated to 4.0.4 but this bug is not fix yet
Try saving theme options and clearing any cache if needed. If that doesn’t work either, please send temporary admin access to hello@uicore.co and we’ll check.
Its now fixed thank you very much !!
No problem. For some reason, UiCore Framework wasn’t updated to 4.1.4, that’s why the fix was not applied.
Hi, i cant run pupup i created in theme builder. How to display it after click on button? In user manual missing this informations. Thank you for response
Hi, just set the Display Trigger to On Element Click. You can use either a CSS class or ID to target the button.
How exactly please? I tried a lot of variations, but without success. Thank you a lot
First, you need to set an unique ID to the button widget: https://uicore.d.pr/i/3xNd4S
Then, use that ID as selector in the popup trigger: https://uicore.d.pr/i/3NmDDs
It still doesnt work. Should i set something else in content? What to type in link field, etc? This only i dont understand. Thanx a lot
There are no additional settings needed. Please send temporary admin access to hello@uicore.co and we’ll check.

Excellent, fastest support i ever seen!!! Thank you guys, you are awesome
Hello, does this theme support parallax effect for background images? Thanks in advance!
Hello, yes, the theme supports Parallax Images, Parallax Backgrounds and Scroll / Motion Effects.
Hi. I successfully installed brisk and elementor and demo import worked, too. But the UiCore Template Library is missing inside the elementor page builder. Do I have to activate it somehow? Thanks
Hi, yes, you need to activate the theme in Theme Options – Updates, using your license key.
Sorry for being unclear, the theme is/was activated. I meant the UiCore Template Library itself. Because it doesn’t show up.
Got it. Template Library is also restricted by the activation, but if it doesn’t show up at all, it’s probably an issue somewhere. Please send your login details at hello@uicore.co and we’ll check.
Forget about it, now the blue Ui button magically has appeared in elementor. No idea why or why it was missing yesterday but it’s there and that’s the only thing important. Thanks and great product so far.
Ok, no problem. If it disappears again, please get it touch with us and we’ll look for errors.
my hosting i update 7.4 my total theme got i see error why
Hi, we cant tell what’s wrong without looking at your install. Please send temporary admin access at hello@uicore.co and we’ll check.
When I import demo page from https://library.uicore.co/lib-pages/service-inner/ the tab section goes all out of line on mobile. Any suggestion?
Hi, can you please share your website url? If you can’t post it here, please reach us at hello@uicore.co
Hi there, since the update, unable to get the editor to load. Anytime we choose “edit with elementor” for a page, it loads to a blank, white screen. Can’t even right click. Tried rolling back, tried disabling footer. Any other ideas?
Also just tried manually updating the plugin, and now the theme options won’t load
Hello, please send your login details at hello@uicore.co and we’ll check right away.
I emailed last week and haven’t heard back
Need to get this change made for client. Any advice? Still not able to edit any page with elementor.
Hello, sorry for the delay. The issue has been fixed after updating the theme.
I am using the events calendar pro plugin to show a carousel of upcoming events on a website however when I use the query within the plugin to determine which event categories I want to display it doesn’t work correctly. It should be listing only the categories I have chosen however instead it just shows everything.
https://prnt.sc/UdSzIJXVnM-xSome of the events do not have featured images hence the requirement to use the query.
Hi, this was fixed in Element Pack Pro 6.6.0, which is included in the latest Brisk update. Can you please update to latest version and see if it’s working?
I am using 6.7.0 currently however I am happy to reinstall the plugin.
https://prnt.sc/tnVfwvliNtM3I will let you know how I get on.
We’ll release an update today which includes version 6.10.0. If that doesn’t fix the problem, we’ll report it to the plugin developers.
I can see you have released a new version of the theme however 6.10.0 doesn’t seem to be part of the update?.
Further to this message it looks like from the Changelogs the issue was rectified in version 6.8.0
Hi, if the plugin is not updated automatically, try installing it manually from the theme folder: brisk/inc/plugins.
