Hi, please try the following:
1. Go to Elementor – Tools – Regenerate CSS & Data.
2. Go to Theme Options and hit Save.
Also, make sure you purge all caches if necessary.

There is one thing which needs to be fixed, if we see menu on mobile view, the sub-menu does not opens as sub-menu rather it goes straight down rather showing some line difference from which any one can differentiate between the menu & sub-menu. I hope you understand.

Hi. I’d like to purchase this theme, but I have questions about the license policy.
For example, I have a domain mydomain.com and two Wordpress sites on it ( on mydomain.com and mydomain.com/en). Do I need to purchase this theme twice (for each site under the same domain)?
And what about Wordpress Multisite? If I use Wordpress Multisite and it has 2 sites in it, should I also buy the theme twice?
Hi, you can use a single license on as many domain folders or subdomains. You only need a new license when you use the theme on another domain.

Hey, While importing a UI Page Template, i am getting this error “There is an issue communicating with our API server. To continue using UiCore Library, please enable API Connection Proxy, then try again.”
As said by your team, this error is fixed on 3.2.6, and i am currently running the same version.
Hi, first, check the connection status in Theme Options – System. If it says unsuccessful, enable API Proxy. If it’s successful, try switching between Blocks and Pages tabs in UiCore Library to refresh the list.
Another thing you can do is Refresh UiCore Data in Theme Options – System.
I have done all of these steps, API Connection status is successful.. tried with refreshing the UiCore Data in Theme Options – System too. Still it didnt worked for me. Same error shows up “There is an issue communicating with our API server. To continue using UiCore Library, please enable API Connection Proxy, then try again.” Kindly help me on this.
ADDON: Blocks are working fine but not the Pages.
Got it. It’s probably cache. Try hard-refreshing the page a few times. You can also flush dns on your computer: https://blog.hubspot.com/website/flush-dns

You can use demo import to get it. Make sure you uncheck theme options, menu and widgets, so it won’t overwrite your content. Page and media will be imported separately.

Previews look good on our end. Try clearing browser cache, maybe that will help.

Unfortunately it won’t work with Smart Sticky header, so you will need to disable that in theme options (not sticky, just the smart sticky feature).

No problem. The code works with sticky header, but not with Smart Sticky function (the one that hides on page scroll).

Hi, the API Connection issue was fixed in 3.2.6, so make sure you’re using the latest version. I know Updates is not accessible on your end, so you will need to manually update this time, by downloading the theme from your themeforest account, then uploading it in WordPress (make sure you update UiCore Framework as well when prompted).
About the support system, I’ve deleted your account so you can create a new one. Try logging in with Envato, and see if it works. If it still doesn’t, you can always reach us at support@uicore.co

Hi there, we are having issues with the Elementor editor not loading and after trying several options, it appears that the cause is the UICore plugin. When we deactivate that plugin, Elementor loads normally. When I activate, it will take a minute to load or more often, return a 502. All our plugins are up to date and so is WordPress. We have premium Elementor running as well. I know that Brisk cannot run without UICore, so hopefully there is another solution. I look forward to hearing from you. James

I already mentioned in comments before but this is veryyy strange bug that I cannot replicate myself on desktop, and I do understand reason of having on a mobile resolution, but my team mates ALL of them have is basically back button in dropdown menu, some of them have 13 and some of them 15 inch macbooks. With Safari/Chrome installed doesnt really matters, but they get it. How I can fix it?

Support has run out so can’t raise a ticket. I will have to rectify myself. Thanks anyway. Might be worth you looking just to double check. We updated the Uicore Framework plugin and other plugins and for some reason the update seems to have changed the site layouts, header, logo, colours and more. Wanted to check why that was so I could make sure it didn’t happen again. Never-mind, thanks for coming back to me
