I’m trying to sign up to the support portal for the first time but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do so… It says: “Your account has been suspended and the customer portal will not be accessible. Please contact your account administrator.” But I have never signed up.

URGENT: Trying to change company address which resides on “Bottom Line”. Anything I try to change within Builder Options cannot be saved. The save button does not work at all. Tried different browsers. Cannot save ANY changes to Builder Options (colors, background, etc)

Where do I find the purchase code?
You should login to the account you used to purchase our theme to get the purchase code from Download tab. This account didn’t purchase theme from us.
I do not have access to the account that was used to purchase the code many years ago. It was done by a different employee. I need this resolved asap. I can provide screen shots that I have the active theme. I just need to remove an address and click save. Please help.

How could I have an active theme, that is ancient by the way, and not be a customer? Can you please look at the theme and make an update that makes the save button work again? Can someone just guide me to where that raw code is located so I can remove the address? I’m happy to even share screen and give control. My company has used this theme since 2014 and they are retiring. They just want to remove the address. That is all. There are other ways to see I am a customer. Is the purchase code located somewhere in the code like other plug ins? Direct me.
