Hi, i encountered a bug on variable product.

if i add a description on a variation item, it is not registered and then displayed on product page when this variation is selected.

Is there a way to delete the first slide in a slider? I’ve spent time building a slider but there is no way to re-order the slides or delete the first slide!

Also when there is only the first slide (Slide0) there is no way to add additional slides! The options disappear and won’t show up for duplicate or add new slide.

Could you shed some light on this please!

Also, Images are not constrained to the slide. If overflow is set to hidden it does not work. Images spill into the next slide. Also, image height even when set to 100% of the slide are not contained either.

1. I’m having a problem registering my license. I have 2 licenses purchased for the Cartify theme, but when I enter the number of my new license in the theme settings, it is not registered. What should I do?

2 Also, if I choose to add a new font, it’s not displayed in the theme’s preconfigured blocks (except for the slider), what can I do?

check your spam, I’ve replied to 2 messages since then. I was telling you that I had bought 2 licenses and that the first license has been working on my 1st site since 2022 and that the second license does not want to be activated on my new site. I also provided you in my second message with the numbers of my two purchased licenses.

can I expect my problem to be solved by Friday? I started asking for help almost a week ago!?

the font manager should download font somewhere and it typography settings should availble inc customizer.

The Google Login that has been implemented by theme has be deprecated by Google and is not working anymore in my theme. Can you please do something about it. It is very crucial for my use case.

I’ve emailed you multiple times, but I’ve to wait over a week for a generic reply.

It has been 15 days and I’m not able to migrate my store to your theme because of lack of documentation and prompt response from your end.

Can you please help me fix the issue, or refund me for the theme.

I have sent support request to reset the licence. I have used it on single domain only but when installed theme again it’s not activating and ask for more licence

When updating the theme using the cartify welcome menu the theme does not have any Cartify Customisation options in the theme customize menu. There is no way to customise the theme now! I have downloaded and reinstalled both the main theme and the child theme and all the options are still missing. Really Inconvenient considering I have 3 sites using this theme…

Make sure that “Kirki” plugin has been installed & activated. Cartify customizer options needs kirki to display it.

Please can you try updating the theme to a new version. there are issues with agni builder and agni cartify. i think is a bug

I have tried to use the theme with the Elementor plugin for personal use themes, but the Elementor editor does not work, it just does not display correctly, is there a way I can add compatibility?

I’m not asking to recreate all of Elementor’s functions, I’m just asking to be able to use Elementor normally on a page.

I’ve done several tests and it just doesn’t work.
