I bought the template on Jan 19th. I was unable to import demo settings and data even after following all the steps (no issues with the hosting or system requirements). I created a support ticket and got a response from a support person (from gmail). However, after supplying credentials, I didn’t hear back from them till now. I’ve followed up more than 4 times.
Can anyone help here?

Honestly, it is nowhere near a good experience. I provided all the details asked within a couple of minutes.
cookies notice keeps reappearing even when you click accept cookies. 2 col images layout shows the featured image as last instead of first. there is no way to set primary fonts different from : ‘Segment’, ‘Satoshi-Variable’, sans-serif unless you hard edit the css files. should be a theme option. other than that i have found nothing notable yet, if i do i’ll comment or send an email.
tbh i’m quite confused why this theme doesn’t have more sales by now. maybe people find gutenberg hard to use compared to elementor etc. but my god aesthetically this theme is gorgeous, alot of customizability.

Hello! I use flatsome for the last 5 years. Now I think about to change to a gutenberg-theme. Can I take over all the products? Can I change the theme relatively easily? All blocks and pages that were created with the flatsome builder I have to make probably all new.
What about the pagespeed with cartify?

Yes, all product contents will be displayed as it is. But layout will be different. All blocks might be replaced with tags or simple texts. All pages will be new.
Regarding pagespeed, Demo will reflect the speed of actual contents without any optimization or caching tools. We’re not evening using server cache or optimization. So your site will not go beyond this level.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to search by sku at this moment. It needs major theme file changes to search based on sku. Is it okay for you to spend some amount for this?

and another question: where i can find the words to be translated from the sidebar? i m trying to locate them with loco translate but i cannot find some words like Show more, filter by brand, search brand, show all categories etc.. that are visible in the agni widgets and that i need to translate in my language. thanks
