Refresh multiple times, demo import stuck at importing 21/28 pages on child theme. Will this happens on main theme or is the same environment?

We are nearly finished making the website with your theme, we have done some user experience testing, and quite a number of people have struggled adding products to their cart. This is due to the user error “Please select some product options before adding this product to your basket.” – We have identified that this is caused by users not realising how to pick a colour on the shop archive pages.
