Hi, I bought your caster theme and imported the content using one click demo import as shown in the documentation. Everything works fine, but I cannot modify the content using Elementor. There simply isn’t an option to alter the images or texts from the demo content. Am I doing anything wrong or is the content just not editable? Thank you, kindest regards

Hello. I recently purchased Caster and I am doing okay to build my website.
I wanted custom fonts, so I tried to add them manually in the css but that didn’t work, and because I know little about coding, I purchased the Elementor Pro plugin so that I could add Custom Fonts easily to my website.
I tried with a custom font I have, and It works fine on a particular page, I can choose the custom font when I try to style a text in Elementor (I select the text and choose custom font) BUT it doesn’t work when I want to set the Custom Font globally (when I choose Customize Theme), the custom fonts don’t appear in the list (only google fonts do).
Could you help me with that please ?

I just purchased Casper them for Wordpress. I installed Wordpress on my site, loaded Casper and loaded all the demo files. No problem.
When I started to work with the portfolio section, I have a problem with the portfolio items not displayingon the page.
Here is what I did : I changed the demo portfolio items status from “Published” to “draft” (because I don’t need them), and I created my own porfolio items (I checked the “published” status for them).
Unfortunately, the demo pages displaying the portfolios, (Mansonry 3 columns for instance) don’t display the new portfolio items that I created.
The message displaying is : No portfolio items added, please add from admin.
But when I go to the portfolio items, they have the “published” status. Am I missing something please ? Thanks for your help.

When I attempt to add a new portfolio item, I am unable to find any input field to upload or add images. We are aware of this issue. This is happening in WordPress 6.3 We are already working on it. Theme will be updated in few days with the compatibility and you will be notified.
Untill then you can downgrade WordPress to 6.2

Hello, I’ve got a question 1- I activated the social link preview in the footer, added 2 more texts and I deleted the default social text. the green dots are still available. how should I remove them? 2.- in the general section I added vertical text but it’s not being displayed on website 3- is there any email to contact directly?

I sent an email I have 2 more issues when I want to add image portfolio media, there is no button or field to upload any image. Secondly, in the meta section, I added metadata which is not displayed on the page, Moreover, I don’t want ‘share’ metadata, besides the social link next to it is not visible.
Hello, I have recently come to the realization that I am unable to modify portfolio pages using Elementor. The general layout is fine but portfolio detail section, with its Title and limited Description fields, falls short of meeting my expectations for my projects. It is important that I have access to Elementor to create portfolio pages. How this can be resolved? I would appreciate if you help me with this. ps: If there is no way, this theme is entirely nonfunctional for me and I would ask for refund

Can I change the “Page Circle Enable or disable the page fixed circle.” to other image?
Page Circle is not an image but a shape created by css. If you want a different shape we can try to achieve using css.

Hello, adding images into portfolio section doesn’t work. It shows among portfolio items, but not on the web page. There are only 6 items from the portfolio no matter what I do. I read the discussion, but it didn’t help. Please tell us what to do. thank you

I’ve imported the demo content from this site package, but the contact fields are not looking the same as the demo. The fields are not stretching all the way to the end of its container.
That’s because the default contact form is selected, please edit the contact page, edit the section and select the correct contact form.
There appears to be a circle or C on the right hand side of the page in the background that I can’t seem to find the setting for. How do you disable this circle/C from displaying?

It is possible to have an image in the slider open in a lightbox when clicked on as well so that enlarges?

Hi there! All of the portfolio item links give me a 404 error. I confirmed the portfolio items exist. Also when selecting the link or Preview option when editing a specific Portfolio Item I get a 404 error. Do you know what may be causing this? I can provide the login to my website if needed.

I just bought the Caster theme and it doesn’t offer the features visible on the demo—namely, the custom fields for “date”, “client”, “tools”, etc. In fact, it looks like that might be a child theme only available through an Elementor upgrade.
If your product relies on an additional annual subscription of at least $49, this is an extremely misleading product demo. I literally bought the product because of these custom fields and they seem to cost extra.
Please either show me how they are activated in the theme or refund my purchase.
In the portfolio post, under portfolio details you will get the custom fields for “date”, “client”, “tools”. You can edit them, delete them and can add new custom fields.
Product doesn’t rely on any addition premium plugin.
Just make sure you have activated all theme required plugins.
