How to edit post’s excerpt? It displays when I set blog to display excerpt instead of content. I can’t see the settings in post edit screen.

When you are editing a post you should be able to see an “Excerpt” field at the bottom of the post, if you don’t make sure to have it activated in the screen options tab ( top right of the screen ).

You need to update the WPbakery page builder.
Go to Plugins, and disable and delete the WPbakery page builder or Visual composer if you are using a really old version, then from
Cesis > License activate the theme license and then from
Appearance > Install plugins install the newest version of the WPbakery page builder, this will solve the problem.

There is an issue with portfolio projects:
1 – add a project and publish it. The url of the project works fine. 2 – edit the project and click on Preview changes 3 – The preview url doesn’t work (404 not found)

Please go to Appearance > Install plugins.
If you have updating the plugins from appearance > install plugins then you can go to Plugins, deactivate and then delete the plugins, then go to Appearance > Install plugins to install the newest version.

Hi, my ticket has not been resolved and i cant respond anymore due to expired support. Ticket 1857945 Updates do not resolve issue with loading unnecessary fonts. I use only roboto. theme loads roboto, poppins and open sans(two times)

Our devs checked about the fonts but it seems that it is working correctly.
If you still the fonts loaded in your site check the ID of the stylesheet that loads the fonts and re-contact us.

I just bought this theme today, but still unable to download my stuff. The downloading speed is terrible. It starts at like 10kb/s and gradually drops to 5,3,1 and ZERO. I’m in Hangzhou, China. I pinged the server, found it in Hong Kong. How could a HK server be so slow for a Chinese visitor? BTW, the purchasing process was pretty smooth and efficient.

I already purchased the theme some months ago and now I want to use in another website. In the first website I already make the “deregistration” and now I want to register in the new website but I cannot.
This problem we had in the past and some member of the team of the theme made hand arrangements to find a solution for the problem.
