have used these themes for years; really great … my support questions have gone unresponded to for nearly a week now and it’s been difficult to get responses over the last few months

I have updated the theme to the latest released version(1.8.66) and updated the WooCommerce plugin as well to the latest version (9.3.1)...
But I got these notification in the admin dashbared:
Your theme (cesis child theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
the override templete:
cesis/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php version 3.3.1 is out of date. The core version is 9.3.0,
It will be updated in next week’s update.

Since the last theme update of cesis, there is a critical error on my website caused by the cesis theme. My site now looks horrible with a back-up theme. Please fix this asap! Please make sure to install the latest version of the WPBakery page builder.
This should fix the issue, you can find the plugin latest version in the theme folder ( includes/tgm/plugins ), the zip file is named js_composer.zip.

Hello – can you please update to WPBakery 7.7.1 asap? Updating to 7.7 has broken the site margins – have you not tested and noticed this before you released it? It is a known problem – you should have held back to 7.6 until it was resolved – now I can’t revert easily. Thanks!

Thanks fo the great theme, we bought this theme on 2021-02-23 13:19:47 UTC We hosted the theme on AWS under a domain.
Then we moved the website to another hosting but same domain.
Now the theme can not be registered, when tired to de-register then re-register the the whole theme got activated.
Now we are lost, please help.

the theme customization is not working and throw 500 error as below: This page isn’t working mywebsite.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500
this happens when I click appearance=> customize
Also, the notification message regarding visual composer in the dashboard cannot be canceled when I click “X” Nothing happened..

When you submit a ticket, you must verify your Envato account purchase license.
just last question, can I use license in both production and test site?
Yes, when developing on test site the license should detect it.
