The theme that I installed for this client needs to be updated. I tried to do the update in a couple ways using the Updates section of the dashboard, the Appearance Section by selecting the theme and clicking on update and least but not last I also tried Envato Market plugin which I use all the time and have not had any issues until today. Any Help would be very much appreciated!!!

I can’t submit a ticket as my support for this theme has expired. I have never used any support for this theme but I would certainly like to be able to receive support with updates if at all possible.
This is the message I received when submitting my ticket “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.”
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cesis is better, more features / and load faster.
We keep both updated and they will be in the future.
They use the same page builder and we plan to add a new plugin to change the page builder to a new one before the end of the year.

Can both wpbakery and elementor pro be installed and run at the same time? I know you can use both on the same page, but could you have pages using wpbakery and other pages using elementor pro?

In fact you can use both but not on the same page, if you create a page with Elementor, then you won’t be able to edit it with the WPbakery page builder.
But you can choose to create one page with the WPbakery and an other one with the Elementor.

I have installed CESIS in a TRIAL domain, but it won’t let me install the demos or sample pages; for that it asks me to validate the license. Can I activate the license in this test domain and then unregister it to be able to put the license in the definitive domain?
