The logo bar is not working on the theme I have purchased, as soon as you try and change the logo it throws the size out of the screen.
Hello, I purchased this theme twice now, for both WP and Shopify, still waiting for a WP refund. I wanted the Shopify version because I’ve worked before within the platform but once I wanted to edit the “Multipurpose” theme to make it look like in the demo, it all changed to something related to Father’s Day. I understand that the pictures used in the demo require some licenses, but it completely changed it’s entire appearance once I tried to edit the theme. How can I make it look like the demo version?

I sent you the invite to the provided email address but I don’t think you confirmed it yet… 2 days after still waiting for that theme edit or at least some videos on how can I modify it myself to make it look like in the demo. I’m just wasting my client’s time at the moment…

I gave you access in store, someone from your team uploaded a “citrus-demo-1” that looked like the demo the ONLY the first time I PREVIEWED it; by the time I tried to upload my own photos, it changed back to that “father’s day” thing…

First, let us know which demo you want to use! While installing any of these demos, Theme demo images will not be loaded, you need to upload your own images only. Because all these images are copyrighted.

Almost finished with my new Citrus Shopify site, but I’m stuck on the following 5 things:
1) Decrease the top and bottom margins on the main product page and footer—there’s currently too much white pad, ESPECIALLY at the top of the product page in the MOBILE version.
2) Increase the font size in a “Pages” doc that’s linked to the “reviews” section on the main Product page.
3) add payment icons to the main product page (below the social sharing icons) and footer. There’s currently a box to click for this on the footer, but it doesn’t seem to work.
4) any way to either turn off or set limits to the mouse magnifier effect over photos on the product page?
5) remove the initial pop-up screen when you enter the site that asks for email address.

The automatic rotation is what is not working. Have 3 different pictures- Marble Cleaning, Office Cleaning, School Cleaning. SlideShow should change automatically EVERY 1 Second. But its not working. Hi, I have added one product to the catalog, a collection named: “featured”. In the collection I have assigned manualy the only product with variants that is created. I have the single product version uploaded.
On the home page the product is not shown, I’ve already checked the product has that collection added, I have checked everything but is not working. How do I assign on a single product citrus version the only product added to the site?
Actually Shopify have default collection name called “frontpage” , for this theme we have fetched the default collection by default and shows its first product in the single product section.
If you wish to use the custom collection/the one you created, just change this name into your collection handle name.
