Also, I have noticed some bug in the mobile version of your theme. I saw that sometime, the title of a section was not a the right place and also another little bug that I could show with screenshot. Are you already working on that?

We are using the Portfolio section to display products. When the page initially loads, it shows four columns across, but then it changes to three columns after the page is fully loaded. How do we keep it at four columns? Thanks

I just purchased the one page citrus theme and I am trying to get the template to line up with the one shown on envato.

We are currently only selling one product – How can I get the product page to show up on the main page? Where the visitor sees the product and can immediately just add to cart.

1. I these only available sections in the theme which are shown in the demo. Or we can add more sections? 2. Can we add video sections? 3. Can we add and show pages like refund, privacy, terms etc. 4. Do you offer customization (of course with extra price)?

I purchased the single product Citrus theme and installed it with no issues. But before I got a chance to do anything else, I noticed the navigation links from the demo are missing. The About, Contact, etc are missing with exception of Catalog and Home. Here is the link of a screenshot. https://s12.postimg.org/unruhunpp/Screenshot_6.png Also, where can I verify the sign-in/register option? I do not see it anywhere on the page. The reason I purchased this theme was because of the features the demo had. If some of these features are gone, this theme would be useless to me. Thank you for understanding.

Hello, for the product details, I am trying to get rid of “Product Description” box and have commented out that code in product.liquid but nothing is changing.

As a matter of fact, any html changes made to product.liquid is not changing at all.

Hello, Have purchased and install the theme, but can not create a slider link list. Try to create a page as described “page.wishlist” but it’s not available on shopify. The Existing link’s does not slide to the tabs like “about” or “contact” I need help to build links which slide to the citrus-based tab.

My question is… At the bottom of the page you have the “Latest Tweets” which looks great. Is there a way I could have instead “Latest Tweets” my latest Instagram photos??

There are lots of websites on here that offer that and I quiet like that. It always shows the latest photos from Instagram.

Hey, love this theme but I do seem to be running into several bugs. The support can make this theme perfect! Firstly, in my testimonials the quotation marks seem off on one of them. Secondly, the entire site slides to the left and leaves a big blank space on mobile. Thirdly, you can’t scroll through our previous deals section. The contact form intercepts the map on mobile. The product pictures seem all over the place and the zoom doesn’t work on mobile or desktop. Honestly, all very small details but our industry is fierce! Thanks so much! Oneloveluxury.com

Hi – We are having problems with installing your theme into shopify. The problems are two fold.

1) Citrust_Default – We get the error message that the file is too large. Shoify upload limit is 20MB. Files appears to be 25

2) When uplodaed Citrus-Single we are told that this theme is missing a bunch of files.

This is my first theme I have purchase outside of Shopify Theme store so am a bit disappointed that I am already having these problems. Thanks Jamie

Hi, I emailed you about my issue with the navigation, sorry for the double post. Every button links me to an anchor on that same page, instead of taking me to the different one (collections for example).

The on-site buttons, however, do work. So if I press any of the call-to-action buttons like Buy Now! somewhere in the body of the website, I get taken to the right page, but if I use the navigation on top, it simply scrolls me down to an anchor on the same page.

Any thoughts on how to solve it?

The pages and the navigation seems to be connected properly in the back end.
