I have already unzipped the folder and got the folder I also tried to upload it with filezilla but it still does not work It’s the single product theme. There are actually no stylesheet or even .css files in all the folders.

Hi, I just want to say thank you ahead of time for all of your great support and quick responses to any questions I have had.
As I was adjusting my main slider images and looking to get rid of some of the text in the slider title and slider button text, I realized it leaves a small white square even when I have no text inserted there. Is there a way for me to remove the lines that would go around that text since I may not always want text there?
Also, I am not sure when this happened, but when I open up my website via a mobile device my entire page is no longer centered and there is a white space on the right side of my screen. I am wondering if this could have happened from the new photos I uploaded and if there is a way to fix that so everything is centered again on mobile devices.

Hi, I apologize for sending the same message twice.
I do have an additional question as well. I went to embed the code in the Map Code(iframe) section for a personalized map, but the map is not changing from the original map that came with the theme. Is there an additional section I need to edit to have my personalized map be the one that is shown on the web-page?

I believe it may have something to do with how Business Hours is appearing on the page. It also does not show my business number via my mobile device as well but works just fine on a laptop or desktop. Hope this helps. I appreciate all of your help!

Hello. We love this theme! We are having a few issues though: 1-When you click on “contact” it does not take you down to contact. 2-We loaded a pdf to files so that we could link it to a few spots on our homepage-however when you click on the link-it opens up to a blank page. For now we have placed the file in dropbox—but we really would like to be able to house and our audience to download the file from our shopify site. Can you help ASAP?

You can use any size , but try to keep all images to be in same size.
Also it will be much better if the product image width atleast greated than 460px;

Just checked the website on my iphone, and the text isn’t centered again … it looks fine on a desktop computer, but not on the iPhone, or on a vertical iPad. Technically its not exactly centered on the computer either, but its close. Can you help me out again?

Its hard to make center align on each screen because its hardcoded revolution slider script. while you have same limit of characters as like demo it will fit on all screen otherwise there may be some miss alignment. Shall we replace the entire slider with some other sliders like flex slide or bxslider?

Hi, I absolutely love this theme but have another question. I have information for the About Us section that I don’t want visible on the main homepage but when I click the “About Us” link I want the information to be on that page. However, it always comes up with an error and I cannot figure out how to have the information appear on the separate page and not simultaneously on the homepage.
I have tried multiple steps but each does not appear to work.

Thanks for purchasing our theme!
Actually as per one page concept we have tweaked menu links using some jquery direction, you can check this clicking a menu link the page will scroll to respective section. To achieve this each menu has been linked to respective ID e.g section_1, section_2 etc… Still if you feel its mandatory to have About us as separate page but other scroll will be same its hard, but we cam take out entire scroll option while clicking menu and have about us page as you wish. So, Please confirm what will be suit for you! Or you can create menu with submenu , there you can link to about as page.
e.g Parent menu – Quick Links Child menu – a) About us b)Return policy etc..

I do not want to get rid of the scrolling menu feature, that is one of the reasons why I chose this theme. If you look at the website you will see a lot of information in the About Us section of the homepage and below that information is a button that also says “About Us”. What I am looking to have done is so that the information is not visible on the homepage but specifically on the page that the About Us button/link takes it to, if that makes sense.
Can you please view the website and the area I mentioned, just in case there was any confusion with what I was looking to have accomplished. The website is www.threadedunion.com.
Please let me know if that is something that can be done as I hope it can be without eliminating the scroll option.

Shopify only allows me to upload a 20mb zip file for themes. Your zip file is over 39mb.

You need to add top links in the same order of page sections, kindly check we have updated now, also you need to add the links which moves to another page under dropdown. bcoz of this theme coded with the concept of single page navigation. Are you if wish to have all links works as usual we can modify but single page scroll for each link will not happen!

Wondering if I could get some support please for the theme.

I am having a few issues. 1 – My footer has gone missing from the main page but when I go into another page it is there but not alligned properly as it is all the way up the page.
2 – My drop down menu is not allign with the text and it is very annoying. Is there a way to make it allign it with the text?
3 – I can’t seem to change the menu function to page. An example – I created a menu naming it “Products” but when you click on it. It will scroll down to “about me” I cant seem to change that for some reason.
4 – I would like to change the icon for Detail section heading. I cannot find where to change it from.
Please can someone help me. My product is due to launch very soon and would be very keen to get this working.

I have purchased the theme for my shopify shop. There are a few things I would like to change but not sure how to.
1 – I have removed the about slider and I would like to have the page in the middle of the theme but it is still on the left hand side. How do I change that?
2- I want to change to image icons for the about dotted section. How do I do that?
3- When I scroll to testimonials it is still class as “about us” I have tried creating my own page and navigation but it is still high lighting “about us” every time I scroll down. How do I change so it goes to its own page and navigation?
4- On the Testimonials the speech mark is going over my text how do I align that so it fits?
5- For services and services parallax section. How do I change the logo image in the hexacon?
6 – I can’t seem to add the page on the footer. How can I do that?
7 – My logo Icon on the navigation panel is making the navigation text moved to the top. How can I reposition the navigation text?
