I would like to know if the theme supports store switcher, not store view switcher. store view switcher is used for different languages and i can see that in all demos. It is quite lovely. But would the theme also show a store switcher? In the Luma Magento 2.x theme the store switcher is in the footer. (The Magento version in use is 2.1.7).

Has anyone else here been able to get the COSMETICS homepage to load correctly on M2? I’ve tried several of the other homepages, and they seem to load up more or less just like the demos. But the COSMETICS main slider looks quite a bit different. I had previously installed the FULL DEMO so that I could see if it would load correctly that way – and it did…up until I installed the 1.3.5 update today. Now the FULL DEMO doesn’t actually work anymore, so I can’t even check the code to see what’s different in how they have it set up. Would be great if someone here – possibly the author – could give some guidance on how to get the COSMETICS homepage to load correctly.

The main slider has three problems. 1. The images are loading much smaller than what shows on your demo. 2. The left/right arrow buttons are loading below the images instead of in the vertical center as shown on your demo. 3. There are many Javascript errors when you view in mobile mode.

There is definitely something wrong with the COSMETICS homepage layout. Your developer was able to make it render correctly temporarily, but now the main slider is actually failing to render entirely. What is the issue with the Cosmetics homepage? This layout is the main reason that I purchased this theme, but now it has been a full week without being able to make any progress on my website project. When can we expect a working version of this homepage layout?

I guess I spoke too soon. After finally getting it to look like the demo, I decided it was time to start customizing it with my own images and text. As soon as I enabled the front-end builder, the whole page went blank. Tried disabling/re-enabling. Nothing happened. Went back into admin and reloaded the homepage layout, and it came in with sections – but no blocks. Tried several different homepages; none will load correctly.

Ok. Your developer did resolve that issue; for anyone else reading this: NEVER TURN OFF THE BUTTON THAT SAYS ‘HOMEPAGE BUILDER: YES’. If you want to use the front end builder, then you plan to disable it to see the page without all the hovering menus and such, turn off the ACTIVATE BUILDER button on the right side of the screen, but NEVER turnoff HOMEPAGE BUILDER on the left side once it has been activated – if you do, it will strip everything off of your homepage and it will permanently break the CMS system so that you cannot re-build.
Unforuntately, I have a few new issues:
1. The main slider is getting hidden underneath the header when you view in mobile mode.
2. When not in mobile mode, there is a strange white line about 20 or 30 pixels tall above the banner which makes the semi-transparent header look not very good.
3. Some of the blocks are not appearing at all when I scale my window down past a certain point or if I switch to mobile view or look at the page on a mobile device.
4. Owl sliders generate JS errors anytime you swipe them left or right in mobile mode.
5. This is a more general note: The homepages just don’t look or function exactly like your demo versions. Why is this? I bought the template and installed it on a clean Magento 2 install. I didn’t change or modify anything yet. All I did was install and test – but things just are working as expected. Why doesn’t the theme you are selling include the fully functioning and working CMS content that we’ve seen on the demo?
I am not two weeks into working with the theme and still can’t get serious about building my website, because there are so many issues. Can you please resolve this asap? I cannot afford to lose another week on this.

I did read it and when i select “product tab” block, it doesnt show as per your instructions in your image in your manual its hows in Tabs Config—>Tabs to show and you have 5 tabs to checkmark among them best selling products. In my Builder it only shows three New Products Sale Products Top Rate Products that you can check mark. Also on categories Config i cant select default category.

Under best Selling and featured I get in red “There are no products matching the selection” is there anything else I need to configure so its shows teh best selling and featured items?
- Go to admin > Catalog > Attributes > Manage Attribute Sets and assign attributes that you have created to your attribute set.
- Go to admin > Catalog > Products, edit products that you want to show on homepage for best selling products block and featured products block
- Change value of attribute that you have created to Yes.

When using swatch, the colors buttons doesn’t appears in the correct order, as its works in the product page, following the order I’ve assigned at Atribute Description Admin Page.
At product detail page it’s appearing in correct order (White – Off White – Yellow – Green – etc – etc – Black)
At categorie page it’s appearing in a confused order (Blue – White – Black – Yellow – etc etc).

Hi, currently the extension included in claue theme is the extension being sold on our site.
You can change Background color, Link color, Link hover color and border color of megamenu at: Mage Solutions > Theme color > Header section.
Change fonts and font size of menu item at Mage Solutions > Theme Settings > Fonts section

Hi, our theme using a extension name Product Tabs, so if you want to add FAQ tab to product details page, you just need to create a static block with content is shortcode of FAQ extension then go to MGS > [Product Tabs] Tab Settings and add new static block tab with identifier is identifier of static block that you have created. For shortcode of FAQ extension, we have not this extension, so we cannot guide you, if possible please provide your site information (ftp access details, admin account) to our email (themeforest@arrowhitech.com) we will check and reply to you.
For product title in product page, in old version on product details page have 2 product name, this is not good for google index so we have removed. If you still want this, we will add again for you.
