To update the theme to new version, can we just download the new theme package and upload the /app folder overwriting the current files?

Using this theme and the dev tools module (https://github.com/magespecialist/m2-MSP_DevTools#magespecialist-devtools-for-magento-2) header and footer are rendered 2 times. Can you fix this problem?
I found that the problem is related with the strange render of page with your theme. I added an issue to github for this problem (you can see here https://github.com/magespecialist/m2-MSP_DevTools/issues/17 ). Can you change the way you create mainContent in a cleaner way? Or maybe refactor this part of code because is not a good practice to do this html manipulations.

Hi, because police of Themeforest, we cannot install free for you. But I think with our document, you can do it yourself.
Having problems with FrontEndBuilder since updating the theme to M2.1.8 version. Loading wheel keeps spinning when enabling FrontEndBuilder with some JS errors. Doesn’t happen all the time, when I clear browser cache it works again, but after a while it doesn’t load anymore. Known issue?

Please try to deploy static content again with my steps:
- remove var/*
- remove pub/static/_requirejs
- remove pub/static/_cache
- remove pub/static/frontend/Mgs
- run deploy command: php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
If after do that, but still not work, please provide your site information (ssh account, admin account) to our email (themeforest@arrowhitech.com) with this issue comment, our developer will check and fix for you.

In theme documentation is reccomended to use a child theme. Is described how to extend blank theme but isn’t better to extend claue theme (<parent>Mgs/claue</parent> in theme.xml)? Another question… when created a child theme how to select this child theme to be used for the store?

Apologies, this is our fault, you should extend from Mgs/claue. For other question: after create child theme, please reindex data then go to admin > Content > [Design] Configuration and change config to use new theme (please remember run deploy command again)

I’m sorry, but I have to insist in the issues I’ve sent to you several days ago, and until now I didn’t had any solutions…
1) The swatches doesn’t works as the native Magento way. When a color or a size isn’t available the respective images don’t must to appear as available to the user, right? If not, the user will choice them. The theme doesn’t do that, all the options are always free to be clicked.
2) I can’t change the hover and selected color to the swatches images… Is very hard to distill the selected from the others ones.
3) I couldn’t make a MegaMenu following the Admin Panel or the Front-end builder, and, sorry again, but the documentation is very poor. There are only the description about each field at admin pages, not a explanation about how to do the things.
Sorry for write you by 4th time, but I bought the theme to do a project, and now I’m stopped for long days, waiting a solution for my difficult.
I really liked the CLAUE theme, thank you for you previous help, and I really hope to resolve this and use this amazing theme.

3: Also I see you have created many root categories (Default Category, Malha, Fitness, Jeans, Plus Size), this is wrong way to create category. You need to create sub categories for “Default Category” or move other categories into Default Category, and i think with the header you are using, you don’t need to use megamenu, you can disable megamenu at (Mage Solution > Megamenu > Configuration)

hi, the video banner in demo is not starting/working on mobile. I notice the ajax loaded images do not load until you scroll down.
Example: If you just click on a category and let it load without scrolling, the pictures will not load in, it will just show the loading gif. Then as soon as you scroll down they all load.

(1) ‘name’ should be the name of the product (Jean Super Man) and NOT the page title (Product Detail)
(2) does this page title (Product Detail) make sens? for SEO purpose the first and only ‘h1’ on a product page should be the name of the product (Jean Super Man).
