Hi,
We really like the theme, and we’ve just finished using it in a project. We have run into a problem where the site will only load in IE8 using the mobile style. Other browsers seem to work fine, however IE8 seems stuck in mobile. We tested this with the demo linked on themeforest, and noticed it worked the same.
Is there any way to make it default to a desktop style? The ‘default to mobile’ option does not work for our content. Not to mention everything is scrunched to a thin bar down the middle of the screen.

Hi, yes the issue has been solved – make sure you transition to the new theme version (backup your theme options first).
Just wanted to leave a review here! The theme is just gorgeous and it’s very easy to work with. I love how the theme makes all of my photography stand out. I used it for a food blog/meal planning business, and Liviu quickly responded to my messages in order to help me customize it for that purpose. I purchased this theme a few months ago (through my graphic designer’s account) and I really love it so far! However, I just wanted to know if I could make 2 relatively minor adjustments:
1) I would like to display my blog archives list on my webpage. However, when I do so, every single little update and edit I’ve made to the website shows up in the archive. I want the archive to reflect my blog posts only, and only on the original date of posting…like a normal blog archive. How do I do this?
2) I would like to rename the “Work” section to “Latest Creations”. Also, I would like to simplify the Work posts and get rid of the “Overview” “Features” and other stuff that’s in there. Essentially, I just want each Work post to be a blank page template in which I can place a simple image and a link. That’s it.

Hi, the solution for a bigger header size is to use Custom CSS to tweak it manually yourself (that’s what I suggested to my other client). The theme does not offer a feature/setting for this – so if you don’t have sufficient CSS knowledge then hire a web developer that can help out.
I’m willing to play with the code. Can you you tell me where to stat?

The posts in the demo are not aligned (they get misaligned depending on the length of the article above). I’m just wondering if there’s an other layout to choose from in the admin.

Hi, thank you for your interest. There are 2 layout available for the blog page: with text outside the thumbnail and text inside the thumbnail (just like the portfolio page). Hope this helps.

I just want to say that this is a terrific theme that is either out-of-the-box easy and beautiful to use or highly customizable to get it to work for your needs. Liviu is terrific, answers questions quickly, and is highly responsive to any issues you might have during implementation and build out.

Hi Ryan, thanks for your purchase and appreciation. IE browser is a strange browser and when it comes to media queries (selectors used for determining the screen size) it lacks basic support and behaves unexpectedly. Hi, I purshased this theme and I’m really happy about it except that when the isotop filter is applied, the link related to the item doesn’t always seem to follow (blog items and portfolio items). Sometimes, it’s the link from the previous item that was shown at the place of the new item that is remaining. I don’t know if my explanation is good enough ?
Would it be possible to fix this please ?

I would like to add a ‘testimonial’ of sorts as there is no way of doing so when you rate the product.
I’ve had the theme for a little while now and am still working on it before ‘live’, but the theme is the quickest theme I have ever seen. A lot of WP themes get bogged down with tons of Jquery and sliders, and widgets, and features, and…....so on. Not Clean Gold. It’s not just responsive – it’s ultra responsive, I cannot believe how optimised this theme is. It’s superb to use, easy to navigate, easy to work with, clear & concise and unbelievably laid out. Liviu has thought of pretty much everything with the admin CP and the layout of the theme and then the full design itself, of course.
As for Liviu, what a true gent he is and has the patience of a saint
If you require help or have any questions he is always incredibly prompt – efficient, polite and very clear with instructions.
I have had to customise the theme quite a bit to ‘my’ needs if you will, and whilst I’ve managed most of it, there have been one or two instances where I have had to ask for some help with a few things and Liviu has been very patient, and has responded to every single email/question. Remarkable.
I had to customise a lot without damaging his work here, and at times I felt a tad cheeky by doing so, as the theme is beautiful as is.. but even so I did need to change some things and I also had a feature that I added but couldn’t get to work correctly, Liviu asked for access and fixed the issue within a few hours !! Superb.
So, Liviu thank you so very much for your wonderful theme, superb support and for being so very patient with me and probably helping a few others no doubt. 
For anyone else considering buying the theme for your site? You will not regret it – it’s worth every single penny, in fact it is genuinely worth a heck of a lot more than what it’s currently up for in my honest opinion.

Hi, the standard image size is 940×480 – but you can choose to deactivate this option (Theme Options > Home Page > Resize Homepage Slider Images) and have any image size you like. For further questions please contact me via my profile contact form from the buyer’s profile.

Hi Thanks for a very nice theme we have been trying to do the translation from english to spanish via the standard way however there a theme related words that we for some reason cannot change such as: ADDITIONAL INFO and in all info in the contact formula, Posted on, SEARCH – in the searchbox,(more) (the read more link in the blog excerpts )... we have tried to fix all detalis with codestyling plugin…but without succes. 1) Could you give me an example of how to use the Google Map on the contact page? I can get it to work on the desktop version of the site, but because the Google Maps “share” link provides a definite height and width, the map appears enormous on the iPhone version of the site.
2) We’d like the “call-to-action” section on the home page to be on each and every page. Could you tell me how to do that, please? I tried recreating it using a [box] but it wasn’t as good as the one on the home page.

Hello, I bought this theme a few months ago. I was wondering how to work on the images of the slider (homepage) I’m using images at 1309×640 to keep the same proportions of 940×460 but the images shows all blown up, can you give me any pointers of how to fix this?.

In the theme options there is settings for Social Medi profiles but I do not see any social media links on the front end. I would like to add a link to a Facebook page that displays across the site. What would be the best way to achieve this?

Hi, social media profiles are used in combination with the [social-link] shortcode – please check out the documentation of the theme. All you need to do is paste a shortcode like
[social-link type="facebook" title="Our Facebook profile"][/social-link]in a page or post (contact page maybe). Hope this helps.
could you please tell me if there is a way to make the image in the footer left side a link?

oh…. one other issue… I’m trying to embed grid short codes within the tab short codes and it pushes everything outside the tab… for example, I have
[tab id=”design” title=”design”] src=”image.jpg” />/grid4 text here blah blah blah /grid8
It’s displaying the image and text on the outside of the tab… the tabs are 100% width. I tried making the grids smaller but i get the same issue… any ideas???

Hi, currently grid elements cannot be nested inside tab elements because they have an inner padding that makes perfect aligned grids impossible.
PS: you are using invalid shortcode markup, the src attribute is not attached to any img tag and the grids do not have shortcode markup. Please read the documentation and try to import the demo content file for examples.
Thanks Liviu for your help. For whatever reason this editor stripped out some of the code that I copied into the above post. The original markup was correct but I was getting the issue because the [tabs] short code doesn’t allow for nested short coding. Thanks again for your help and quick response.
