what kind of images you have and is difficult to change the existing? you mean something about a slider?

where do I go to change any of the images? I cant find it anywhere

These are not images, are font icons from font awesome.

if you like to change this via another icon from font-awesome choose one from here http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/ click on the icon that you want, see the class and change it in the code of the page.

If you like to replace the icon with an image, just remove the icon (insert the i classes) and put an image with the classic way img src=”” etc.

It is pretty easy, but if you have difficulties to apply this, just send me a message via the contact form on my profile page http://themeforest.net/user/audemedia#contact because the comments section is not the best way to send you code examples.
