I like your company (I have the learn theme) and I am looking for the Cloudme theme.
Can you please answer the following pre-sale questions:
- Can I make multiple pages like the ‘Order slider’ page, so for example 1 order slider page for shared hosting, one for reseller, one for vps etc?
- Is the WHMCS theme working with the WHMCS project management add-on? Same styling etc
- Can all the colors be changed to our company identity?
- Is the theme full translatable (WordPress part) ? In the Learn theme I faced some hardcoded text, your support helped me out so no issues, but a lot of extra work.

1, You can create multiple pages with order slider diffirent on each pages.
2, Our theme include template WHMCS and Order template design for our theme, but not have template for all management add-on.
3, You can change unlimited colours in theme option panel, change logo, favicon, colours, etc…
4, Our theme provide files translate .PO & .MO and you can translate all text in your language, use plugin loco-translate : https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
5, Full demo content include and support one click import demo content, video guide and documentation include in package theme.

Too bad, it would be a relative simple add-on and a huge bonus vs other themes. Anyway 
Last question before the purchase. The domainchecker on the WordPress part.. Is that using the whoisservers.php from WHMCS? Since for a .nl tld there is a limited check (15 times per day). To avoid that I need to do it via another url for example:
.nl|https://mydomain.com/prover_whois.php?domain=|HTTPREQUEST-free
Otherwise the domaincheck on the FP would not work for us.

We really don’t understand clearly your problem. So we just have an anwser: this theme is using the whoisservers.php from WHMCS and if you want to change this, we can’t help you.

I am still a bit confused about the Project Management add-on which is part of WHMCS (no third party product) why it is not supported.
Basically the Cloudme WHMCS part looks 99% identical to the Six, and from my personal view should work with the project management add-on since this is working fine as well in Six.
Did you test if the project management works in your version? If your WHMCS theme is based on Six it should work, or in the worst case would need a couple of CSS adjustments.
Please let me know
Also other question, are the PSD’s included with the theme? Or can be delivered afterwards for adjustments etc.

We not focus with add-on of WHMCS and we try create a WHMCS template and order template for our theme custom base on six template and order template default of WHMCS.
WHMCS include many add-on and WHMCS is a separate system, we not have check any add-on of WHMCS.
We not have include PSD files and will not provide PSD files after buying.

I think we are talking about something else. So if you are looking at the WHMCS maketplace I totally agree that you can’t provide support or integration, it is simly too many.
But, what I try to make clear is that WHMCS has 6 add-ons which are a part of the WHMCs installation (they can be found here: http://www.whmcs.com/addons/) only 1 out of 6 addons have a impact on the styling for which the Project Management requires the ‘SIX’ theme coding.
Anyway, I will by the theme and will try if it will support the project management add-on, if your theme is based on six I do not expect issues.

I purchased your Cloudme theme from Themeforest but realized it was the HTML version, opposed to the Wordpress version.
I realize the price is higher for the WP version so I’m more than happy to pay the difference if necessary.

I recently Purchased CloudMe for my online Tools website. I’ve decided to use the oneclick demo install to familarize myself with the different nodes of the demo.
I’ve tried to run the one-click install several times now, and I’ve even re-installed wordpress. It keeps on failing to transfer all files and update the menus, usually causing buggy loads and incomplete pages.
I’m not prompted for an FTP login, which I thought it would ask me for. I can provide screenshots and more info if necessary. Are you aware of a fix?

it has a bug when connecting to WHMCS, also the CSS not working as expected, it just can’t perfectly show like their demo, finally after purchase their supporting person not answering your question at all, just copy paste the outdated manual as answer
