Thank you for your interest in Codebase! Feel free to use the “moon” button (in the sidebar) or the dark mode selector (in the header) to enable dark mode. You can then afterwards navigate to other pages and dark mode will be enabled by default. Hope that helps!

Hi! I’m currently working on creating a basic dashboard similar to this for my WordPress theme. Is it possible to incorporate this dashboard by adding all the necessary scripts, style sheets, and code? and then connect the forms etc with wordpress backend?

Codebase is an abstract template and does not work with WordPress out of the box. You could use the UI to build a custom dashboard for your theme but you can’t connect automatically to the WordPress backend without further customizations. Hope that makes sense!
Yes, I totally understand that Codebase won’t connect automatically to WordPress, as I plan to use it in my custom theme. I’m aware that I’ll need to write additional code to ensure functionalities like form connections and so on. So, my question is: Can the front-end UI provided by Codebase be easily integrated and used within this context?
In that case, yes, for sure! You will just have to include the required assets (JS, CSS) and you will be able to use Codebase’s UI for your custom dashboard.

Does this template support or use the latest Jetstream and Livewire v3?
Thank you for your interest in Codebase! It does not use Livewire but if you like, you could use it alongside. Jetstream uses Tailwind CSS and is a separate Starter Kit on its own. Jetstream uses Laravel Fortify which you could directly use with OneUI for your auth functionality.

Could you explain the meaning of “No JQuery in core”... what features of the theme needs Jquery? I see in the demos that jquery is loaded so just want clarification, because I plan to buy and implement in my project using AlpineJs & Laravel livewire…thanks
Thank you for your interest in Codebase! We don’t use jQuery for any custom JS needed for the template to work such as Blocks or Layout functionality, so it’s easier to use it with any JS framework or library you are using in your project. jQuery is only included to showcase some plugins which are based on the library. As long as you don’t use those plugins, you don’t need it. More info can be found at the JavaScript section of the documentation. Hope that helps but let us know if you need any further info.
If I use this theme for a blog that has free content, plus a paywall and subscription services, is an extended license needed? I read the license terms and it said that blogging themes are excluded from needing an extended license for such usage. However this theme is not classified as a blogging theme I don’t believe? So would I be better off with one of them?
Great theme either way, it’s quality and I’d very much like to use it if possible.

That’s fair enough, you deserve to be rewarded for your hard work. Though I might not use it for this particular upcoming project, there’s a good chance I’ll buy the extended license in the future as this is one of the best themes on Themeforest in my opinion. Thanks for the reply.

Hi, we currently use Laravel Mix + Browsersync in the Laravel Starter Kit but in the next update we might switch to Laravel Vite. You should be able to already use Vite if you are familiar and there is also a related pull request for Bootstrap projects. Hope that helps!
