I gotta tell you, this theme has been a real bear to handle. I had some high hopes, but they just weren’t met. Dealing with the provider, Sudhir, was like pulling teeth. I ran into a bit of a snag – a background image glitch that left my top nav menu looking like a Picasso painting, and not in a good way.

From the get-go, Sudhir decided to play the blame game, pointing fingers at my work. But here’s the thing – I hadn’t messed with anything beyond the text. After what felt like a million emails (okay, it was 16) and two weeks down the drain, I decided to hit the reset button. I re-downloaded the source version right from themeforest and gave the OG files a whirl.

You won’t believe it – I fired it up on my local machine and the glitch was still there, bold as brass! I shot over another message to let him know that the issue wasn’t just on my end, but was baked right into the original files. Yet, another response came and fell flat – still no resolution.

Honestly, if you guys aren’t willing to care about your business, why should I? I’ll be leaving reviews where they count and will be requesting a refund from themeforest. What a pointless two weeks it’s been. Lesson learned – always stick with the providers that have a rep you can trust.
