From what I understand, after they change it, you will no longer be able to use the maps functionality without an API key. And all API keys will have to be linked to an account which is properly set up for Billing. They will change the prices and limits and every account will get the first $200 free per month. I know they delayed the price and api changes to somewhere halfway into July. But I don’t see how, after that, this will work without our own API keys.

If I look here on the website I see that it will go with a theme update – but since the last theme update was nearly 4 months ago.
Also the plugins already had updated versions available prior to this theme update date.

I know how to update themes and plugins. I’m talking about the paid plugins bundled with the theme. The only way to update them is if you provide them. There are newer version out, and there were already newer versions out since the last theme update.
