Hi, big sorry, didn’t get your message. Regular license is for one particular site only that is for you or for your ONE client. With extended license you can create one site with codeus and sell it to unlimited number of clients.
How to remove the counter for amount of comments from posts in the category? For example, if i go to a category like ‘uncategorized’ i see a list of the posts and also the amount of comments each post has. I want to remove this.
Can you pls share a link showing, where exactly you wish to remove that?
Also, i sdded some new slides in my main slider in Layer slider; but the changes don’t show up. I saved my changes and can see them whenever i go to the Layer Slider backend, but it won’t show on the slider in my homepage.

I liked this theme and bought it, but I send a support email over a week ago with no response. So I will try here.
The quickfinder for me will not show the custom images. I have set the featured image on each quickfinder, and the detail page for the quick finder shows the large image. But it will not show up on the home page.
I bought this theme so i would not have to deal with issues like this, as much as possible.
A response would be appreciated and I can send through the site details to you directly.

I suppose the problem could be with absent php graphic library like php gd, which actually should be installed by default on your server. HI I find some problems of your demo site. Under IE8 and IE11.

IE8 is an old browser with a lack of some “nice” features, allowing to get round corners etc, which we have used in codeus, so in IE8 you get some things a bit different as on IE9+. And the grayscale layer on client carousel is again the thing which is not supported by IE generally.

Hi, you can insert a client carousel on your homepage using Home Constructor (check documentation). Just create your clients sets and drag n drop it in Home Constructor, that’s all
Hi, I’ve already created the client sets and loaded it inside Home Constructor but still keeps showing as columns. On the Homepage I’ve also created the shortcode [clients clientsset=”nossos-clientes” title=”Veja quem procurou a Novare:” filter_disabled=”1”] but when I save it the shortcode changes to vc_row clientsset=”nossos-clientes” title=”Veja quem procurou a Novare:” filter_disabled=”1”[/vc_row]. I think that is the main problem!

Hi, the shortcodes {vc_row}{vc_column width=”1/1”} are the shortcodes of visual composer, they are always added automatically to the content you create. Which version of Codeus are you using? Are you using Visual Composer? Because visual composer is really great thing for simlifying the process of content creation
I’m using Codeus Version 3.0.5. I don’t have any idea on how to use Visual Composer. I see a lot of pages created as Redirect subpages and there is nothing inside its content but when you hit view page you can see there is a great deal of informations. Were those pages created with Visual Composer? Where do I edit it those informations? I’m having REAL difficulties with this theme!
Hi, there are few pages that was initially filled with some demo content, but then it was not needed anymore and this pages were made as categories of main menu, which automatically redirect to the first subpage (after clicking on these categories). So even if you have some content on this “subpage redirect” pages, it is not relevant as demo. So I did this, and copied all my news articles into Posts so that my Blog list page has the look of “News” which I like. I also made the homepage “News” block refer to “posts” instead of “codeus_news” in news.php. My question is that now my posts, my news list, and my homepage news block no longer have excerpts. How can I get Excerpts back because I really think they help. Thank you for always answering questions and giving SUCH GREAT SUPPORT!!!!

How can I edit the page title background on the 404 page? I have custom colours on the ‘page title’ area for each other page, but there seems to be no way to edit the 404 page so it is displayed with the default teal bluey green background colour on the title.

Hi, i cannot really explain it. you use “roboto light”, and if this font supports these symbols on other pages, it should also show on these pages. Pls check how did you insert these symbols, as I see in source code there are already only question marks instead of symbols

Yes, i would suggest to try another font. You can try different google fonts for insrance directly on google fonts website to check if this is supported.

Hi, all the content from News and posts was copied from Microsoft Word. The symbol”?” was created because of error of “à”. As in the image, the paragraph should be ”.....Vi?c khám s?c kh?e và th? t?c ti?p theo liên quan ??n vi?c xét duy?t s?c kh?e ?? ?i nh?p c? có th? m?t vài tu?n…”. About the Slider, I have already changed to Nivoslider and there are no font mistakes. but the Layerslider still has problem with Vietnamese font.

Hi, I’m using homepage constructor and other then portfolio and clients carousels, I’m inserting a simple page with title and some text.
Can I assign a BG image /color for that page to show up on the home page? Is there any other way to show a text with BG in a random place on the home page?
BG need to span the whole width of the page.

Hi Alex, in codeus we didn’t use 100% width containers (i.e. from left border of the browser to right border). You can use a different BG color for your page, but it will be fullwidth only for boxed layout. Or did I misunderstand your intention?

Hi Alex,
generally you have two options.
Option 1: you download the latest version of google fonts file and upload it here: http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/14/0915/h_1410794086_6420269_0a9a6c4b05.png – after that all GF lists in codeus will be updated automatically
Option 2: you download the font you need, generates the webfont for instance with fotsquirel and then upload the needed webfont files here: http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/14/0915/h_1410794196_5840654_dd90c7aad4.png
Thank you for this beautiful theme which I just purchased – I seem to be unable to install it may be because the theme page says it is compatible with WP 3.9, but WP 4.0 is the only one Bluehost.com is supporting with one click installation. Could you please advise if this theme supports WP 4.0? Many thanks

I’m getting a message from WP ‘are you sure you want to do this?’ and no dialogue box! Very strange. Thanks for the clarification, will give it another crack
I just tried again (Appearance/Themes/Add New/upload the zip file) – it takes about 30 mins to upload, all is going fine, then once it clicks over to 100%, I get a grey screen with ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ and no option to say yes or no, only a hyperlinked ‘Try Again’. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, or if there’s a glitch somewhere.
Lastly – I downloaded the theme again just in case, followed the same process as in my previous comment above, and got the same result as above. I’d be happy to message my login and password if it would help to take a quick look ‘under the hood’. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I cannot get it to install.

The theme itself (ie all templates of the theme codeus) are responsive, however to make these woo pages 100% responsive we need to completely rebuild these woo templates.
