The reason is the amount of content – it is fighting to be fitted into the viewport vertically so it hits the top of the screen.

The solution is to add a separator element with normal top and bottom spacing above the slider (in the same column as the slider) and to set that new separator should be visible only on mobile resolutions (responsive tab of separator element edit dialog). It will push the content down creating enough spacing at the top of the screen on mobile browsers.

That is because the text in the first column does not wrap and it stretches the column taking as much space as needed to remain in the same row.

You can add the following css to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

@media (max-width: 780px){
.bt_bb_features_table table tr td {
    white-space: initial !important;
}
}

and it should do the trick.

All the icon colors can be set from within the theme settings (in settings you can set accent colors which will change the color scheme of the theme globally. Naturally, you can override these on the level of the individual page element if you need). This goes also for all font colors, headings etc.

As far as bitmaps and images are concerned, you will need to adjust their colors by replacing them with your own.

Related to the logo, here is how the Setting generally work

The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.

On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.

You probably have a logo related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it caused the problem. Try removing logo related overrides on pages with issues.

Usually, this is caused by a security plugin or a server level firewall which prevents unknown url query variables within wp-admin urls.

As much as we try, there has to be a compromise between the visual appeal / flexibility of the theme and page speed insights score.

There is some room for improvement in terms of blocking resources by combining the css files and defer their loading using third party caching plugin, but excessive dom size, unused css and similar reported issues are hard to avoid in general purpose themes based on page builder.

Related to CoreWeb Vitals, you can disable element animations and it will improve FCP and LCP, but Cumulative Layout Shift is very hard to improve without respective properly sized bitmap placeholders instead of lazy loading images if you intend to offer a WordPress theme which has to cover all possible layout and content combinations.

This error can be caused by a number of factors. Most usually it is related to the web server settings for the maximum post size – perhaps the size of the page content became to big for the server settings.

The second cause can be gzip compression on the level of caching plugin, web server or CDN you are using.

We haven’t had complaints from other theme users with the similar issue and we could not recreate the issue in our development or production environment, so it is almost certainly related to your specific server settings.

Does the error appear for the main submission flow or just some file in the response – if it is for the main submission flow, it is probably due to max post parameters set on the server. Anyhow, the best option would be to contact the hosting support and check if they can pinpoint the cause of this.

Related to images – they all come with the demo, but please note that the images are not licensed for third party use – they serve only as a sample content. Please do the following:

1. Go to Appearance > Customize > Shop and locate the field Settings Page Slug. The value of this field is a slug of the page which serves as a “template” for all single product pages.

2. Go to Pages and edit the page with this slug,

3. At the bottom of the page edit form add Hide Default Headline with the value true (checked). This will influence all Single Product pages and remove the header

You can try using the third party plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-gallery-slider/ , although you would probably need to tweek the woocommerce single product template and/or its css a bit since the theme does not offer the styling support for these plugins out of the box.

If you want to change the theme name you will need to change the metadata in style.css file in theme’s root folder.

Please note that this will prevent updates using Envato Market plugin and that we can not support the theme functionality once you customize the theme code in such way.
