On some hosting environments you can experience some issues which are related to server settings, cpu and memory dedicated to your hosting account or the versions of the libraries installed (parameters which can not be controlled via php.ini).

In general import process is incremental – meaning that it will take off right where it stopped – so you can repeat it as much times as needed until it finishes. You can open the media library in another tab and refresh it from time to time while the import is running in another tab. The number of items in the library should increase if the import is running properly. Sometimes it takes dozen of reruns – it really depends on the server settings.

So, please repeat the import and monitor your media library – if the number of items increase, just keep repeating until it finishes.

If the number of items in the media library does not increase and if you are experiencing some other issue in the proces, please leave the site url and wp-admin credentials in a ticket at http://boldthemes.ticksy.com and our support team will be glad to assist you.

1. The theme is not compatible with Elementor builder, it works only with Bold Builder 2. Yes you can, there is a parameter for that in the theme customizer 3. It can be removed with few lines of css and one modification of included JavaScript file 4. We can provide the psd of the logo if needed

Landing page is not included out of the box, but we can send you a page structure you can paste as page content and get the same page layout.
