This is an excellent and very versatile theme. What takes it up a notch is the amazingly responsive support team who've actually gone beyond what I could reasonably expect to help resolve niggles I needed help with.

A quick note to myself and others: always, always, always communicate with support first.

One of theme updates brought some issue on my website. Being almost sleepless for last few days because of coding, I got extremely upset about it and posted my complain here. CEO contacted me personally and offered all the assistance I need. Their programmers fixed reported bug and sent me updated files within 2 hours or so.
