How I can change the static photo in pages header?

Hi, Urgent help!!! The orders of courses and the orders of products will display in WooCommerce order page only. and the orders of course does not display in LP Profile page.

Hi, I have a general question: I have just found out through your support that the new version of corptrain / course builder no longer has any “start”, “previous” and “next” buttons. I confronted them with the demo showing these buttons, but they said they were not the most up-to-date version.

These are the only reason I purchased your theme. In fact, I bought “eduma” before “corptrain” and realized there wasn’t a button to “start” the course. I had to delete all my content and start brand new with “corptrain”. Hearing this news is of course a huge set back to me. Could you please help me with the following 2 issues:

1. Do you have anywhere an updated demo page to show the ACTUAL theme you are selling? 2. Is there anyway I could keep these buttons?

Hello. Our site has an issue since the recent theme update. Customers are locked out of quiz ( it asks them to log in but they are logged in). We tried to raise a support ticket but despite having 6 months support available it won’t show us the link to open ticket. We are sent in endless loop despite verifying purchase code. How can we raise a support ticket to resole this issue.

I need to make sure how this theme handles below cases.

1. I have many courses and don’t want to use a membership option for the payment. I just need membership option for registration reason to track the members. A user/member (after registering to system just like we did here to ask questions) should be able to select different group of courses in the list and add them to cart and purchase. Or user purchases as a package for several groups of courses. Is it possible to do that with this theme with FREE version of Pait Membership Pro?

2. I need to offer users to purchase courses for a different time periods as an option with different price level. Lets say, for a month, 3 months or 6 months. Is it possible with this theme?

3. In a member registration form, what field of information available? Is it possible to add additional fields such as address, city etc.

It is getting chaotic with that theme – can you simply explain why you always again and again rename the same theme – how can we promote courses when it has meanwhile now the third name change. It is a headache – sorry! – At least explain me here right now what is the differences NOW after the new name change and why did that name-change happen. Especially what are the differences to edema – as far as I could see until now from sites of Learnpress there are no differences as both contain the same modules, wp-bakery and not something like oxygen is still on board with both too but that one has still no other page builder i.e. oxygen/divi – why not why that old antiquated wp-bakery only? I directed all customers who asked us to help them with this theme to that chat here so they can read along and I don’t have to repeat everything again. Thanks for understanding!

hello, the theme is very nice but we have 2 problems.

1- The urgent thing: As a result of the learnpress update, all the plugins have become passive and are not active. it gives an error. This is very important, can you please help?

2- Most of the loco translations are lost after the update, we cannot locate them.

Hello, After updating some of my translations with loco translate have disappeared. To solve the problem I cannot find the translation for “Start Now” to register for the course in the translation dictionary. The second problem is that I bought the frontend editor plugin but with each update it does not work. As a reminder, I do not need a license to answer these questions since this is a product that I have purchased and know how to do it. Except that your updates disturb or seem incomplete or blocks what I have already done. Can you answer my questions here?

Lessons don´t show up under Modules even with all non-essentials plugins disabled. If I use another theme, they show up as expected. I am using Course Builder Versão: 3.2.6
