I would like to purchase your plugin but I need to know something before I do it. Is it possible to use your plugin for this purpose:
For example, just imagine we have a course by the name c++. we want to divide the course into 4 parts. user will pay for this course, for one year access. After the user paid for 1-year access, Only the first part will be open for 3 months for the user to have access and if the user finishes the first part in 3 months, the second part will be open for 3 months. Moreover, If the user did not finish the first part after 3 months, still the first part will close(locked) and the second part will be open for 3 months and ready to access. The second part will have the same situation as the first part, after 3 months of using or not using, it will be close(locked) and the 3rd part will be open for 3 months. and after 3 months of using or not using the 3rd part, 4 part will open for 3 months. In the end, if the user finishes all parts as well, they can get certificates and if they did not finish even one part, they will not get a certificate.
Is it possible to use your plugin for this purpose? Does your plugin issue the certificate at the end?

I’ve bought both EDUMA and this theme. However, there is this issue I’m facing with my website on mobile devices.
Whenever I try to enroll a course or click on header menu > Login . The whole page freezes and I cant scroll or do any other thing.
I can login just fine on Desktops. But always happens on mobiles.
I have deactivated all plugins, reset my site ( hurt me pretty bad – I had over 70k registered users), reinstalled demo. yet it still happens.

I still have a question that is not a support question, but more a functionality question as it appears to be an ongoing request/issues by other owners. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/reset-completion-status-for-a-lesson/When a student completes an exam, and they click on the “REDO” button to re-take the exam, LearnPress only allows the student to re-take the questions they missed.
Is there the ability to force all questions to be taken again please?

We are moving our website to another server. We just updated everything on the old server via Wordpress (plugins, theme) and Now we are installing on the new server temporary subdomain so we can later clone on the main domain once its transferred. What is the best way to transfer/import our customized settings especially with MyCred as well as our classes and quizzes etc that we have created.

Regarding the support we love supporting people for their work and time that people give us, but we have never used the ThimPress support before as we only designed the website and tested it with our friends but we have not yet launched nor did we use the support the first 6 months when we paid for the theme. Maybe once we launch the website if we need support but right now we only needed to transfer to another server and we are not sure it may take another 6 months before the launch so we would just spend money and again not use your support. If you feel not to help us unless we pay no problem no hard feelings. And if you feel to help us since we never used your support before we would really appreciate it and below is our question:
We transferred files and it now looks mostly the same except once we log out only courses are viewable but the pages are not viewable it says:
Premium Content . Log in to buy access to this content.
So not sure how this happened as we didn’t activate any Membership nor did we restrict the content.

You can disregard our previous question as after 2 hours of work we figured it out. It had to do with MyCred plug in. There was a setting there that we clicked for paying 1c to view pages but we thought it would be by choice and not all pages so we disabled it and it’s working now

When a client bought a course I need to share the sell price with the author and the website owner.
For example, a client pay, the website get a part of the cake 25% and the teacher 75%.
