I have renewed support for the Crownit theme I purchased sometime back. Issue is If the WpBakery plug-in is updated, the homepage errors out/crashes. It seems to be the only page that is affected. I would like to get support to help resolve the issue if possible. I have contacted support several times but have not received a reply or they no longer are available. Support page goes to a 404.
Please contact me ASAP. If support for theme is no longer possible, I would like a refund for the renewal I just purchased.

I can’t seem to be able to disable comments on blog posts. I removed a tick from settings-discussion not to allow comment posts, and within theme options removed comments count.
Any suggestions?
