I wrote several mails on severals problems with the theme (error messages) but i’m still waiting for an answer…

I purchased this theme last year and some of the required plugins are no longer updating, which means that my site is no longer running well. I’ve been in touch with the authors multiple times with no response. Very disappointed.

Just a heads up: Seems like the bundled version (in the Nov 14th 22 update of the theme) of “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” isn’t compatible with PHP8.2.1.

Hi, I followed the step by step tutorial about One Page section. Exactly like an other customer below, everything disappear once the “One Page Future” option is checked. If I disable it, my content comes back but without any one page navigation.

What can I do please ? I read we should use Standard Mode but i’m a bit lost. (beginner of wordpress)

1. When I select Custom Categories in my portfolio page…not all the categories show up even though there are images associated with those categories. Only when I select “show all categories” do they show up?

2. some images in the portfolio page dont load until I’ve hit the load more at least 3 times.

Hi there, am I the only one, who has constantly trouble with the post format gallery in the portfolio? I have updated the theme, wp-version and all plugins and now I can’t add a gallery to a portfolio post. The button »add gallery« is still there, but nothing is happening, when I click on it. I had this problem before (a year ago) and solved it by using an older wp-version, but this does not work anymore.

Hi there, I would like to purchase your theme but I have a major question : Actually I would like to use the cufo/poseidon homepage to display my portfolio ( audio – pictures video ) but I would like to add some element as categories or other element to talk about my business, is that possible to add some element that I create and then use your portfolio ? As wordpress version is now on 5.7.2 – when going to update parts of my Cufo theme site via essential grid or slider revolution – there is a notification telling me to update my version of these plugins. However I would need to pay for these updates. Are the updates not included in the CUFO theme? I need to make changes to the site, how do I proceed?

Hi there, is there a way to customize the header/menu display design for mobile/responsive mode? It currently shows my website with a dull coloured block at the top with a triangle to open the main menu, but I’m trying to turn the block white, and ideally have a black burger menu instead of the triangle. But I’ve never been able to find a way to edit this. Thanks!

I’ve recently encountered a problem where my portfolio on my home page is not showing on firefox. I cleared my cache and it was visible again, but then when I try to view it another time it won’t show up until I clear my cache again. It seems okay on mobile and on chrome. Weirdly, if I click randomly on the page, videos from the portfolio will play, so the embeds are there, but they are just not appearing visually. I have just updated to most recent wordpress version on the site, and also recently installed the latest Cufo version. But the problem seems to have come out of nowhere. I have not made any changes to the portfolio design, and it has always worked well before. Any idea what might be wrong? Thanks!

Hi, I cannot see the content in single portfolio pages. Also if I want to edit them, on these single portfolio pages I cannot see the WPBarkey option, but I think I should be able to use it as I saw the code for WPBarkey
