Hello, I am a beginner to wordpress and bought your theme and trying to set it up. I have installed the theme but it just shows the blog part of the theme and not the one page parallax. Can you point me to the right part in your documentation that will help me? Any info would be appreciated.

yeah, theme options likes to drop images.

doesnt look like this theme is supported or going to be fixed anytime soon.

Buyer Beware, the code behind this template is broken and very hard to use on the latest wordpress version (3.9.1). The author seems to have gone missing. I literally have to code everything OUTSIDE of wordpress to get things to work (the Spyropress visual builder is half broken). I would have purchased the $13 version of this template if I knew I had to do customize it in notepad rather than wordpress. Save your money and use it elsewhere.

I installed the theme, and imported the content, and it works… however, I am not seeing the 1st page, where the screen has the slider, and the menu is at the bottom… How do I modify the settings so that the home page shows the slider at the top? Anyone?

Hello again, need urgent asustance my site is livem and i cant make anychanges.. I hace updated the theme, i make a change and loops on “Saving Module… or Cancel” And dosnt save nothing.. Is there any support here? Thanks

I am having the same issues mentioned previously. Pressing “Save All Changes” breaks most images and formatting on the site and duplicates the menu items. REALLY wish I’d read these comments before purchasing. Have submitted support ticket to Spyropress and given them 24 hours to respond before I call my credit card company to cancel the charge.

Great looking theme, but have to wait until next week to make a purchase since the Author said 2 days ago that they ‘ll be back next week with Top Notch Support. Please, DEV, let us know when you re back.

I update the theme, and i cant change the pictures, the theme is “saving module” like for ever… I need HELP, OR i ll hcnage the theme and report this and ans for a money back.. this lack of service is sooo bad!!

I requested an urgent support ticket a week ago and no one has responded. While waiting for your help, huge issues have developed. All styles have been reset, all media assets are gone and have to be uploaded again, and the site is not responsive. These new problems were did not exist yesterday. I need help immediately.

Well… this is disappointing. Loved the look of the theme but after reading the latest comments, have chosen to go with a different theme. So much for an Elite Author… This is not good. :(

I hope so. I did purchase the theme and have had few problems with it. However, the problems I have had are very frustrating. When updating the Theme Options, all image links are lost and the Menu defaults to the MainMenu… Additionally, the Menu duplicates itself… I have updated the Them Options 6 times and now I have 6 instances of Home, 6 instances of Salon, 6 instances of Team, etc… very annoying.

The work around seems to be to create a new menu and relink to that menu after updating the Theme Options…

This creates double/triple the amount of work…

If I do purchase this theme for $40.00, can I expect customer support within 3-5 business days which I feel is a reasonable amount of time to answer a question or complaint? Thanks.

Hmmm, six days, no response. Oh well, I hate I got my hopes up. I’ve been checking back everyday since I posted this message. This is a REALLY nice theme but the support is no good. Anything could happen. :( Time to go theme searching again…

Anyone there? More than a week after I submit the ticket and I haven’t heard anything for you! If I don’t get an answer soon I will demand a refund.

Let me summarize the bugs I’ve found so far: 1. The Rich Text module doesn’t work. The WYSIWYG is missing and there is no way to add/edit content in any page/post. 2. The Paralax area in the SpyroPress Builder doesn’t save newly uploaded images – it keeps displaying “Saving module” forever.

With simple words this theme looks good, but it isn’t well coded and caused me a lot of problems, waste my time/money and calumniated me in front of the client!

What do we do??

PLEASE GIVE A REFUND FOR THIS PURCHASE!!! THIS THEME DOESN’T WORTH A CENT!!!
