I contacted the author on 6/18/19 to see if they could supply me with version 1.0 since the previous developer made updates to the theme instead of creating a child theme. They responded asking for details, which I replied to, but now they’ve gone dark. Anyone know where I could get version 1.0 of deKor so I can run a comparison on the files to see what the previous dev changed?

Hi, this is a pre-purchase inquiry. I want to ask if it is possible for this template to be like this website, I tried to check the cart and checkout, and I didnt see the My profile or My Account as well. This is the website I would like to base this project, https://www.laurelandwolf.com/ . If you can help me also to find plugins for this style and quizzes I will appreciate, because I like the website, and if it is possible for me to make the same website with your template I will be glad to buy it right away.
I just can’t bring myself to renew support on this theme, latest issue (there are many) is that the ‘mobile’ menu, which looks terrible anyway, becomes buggy once it’s longer than viewing window – scroll down, then you can’t scroll back to the top of the navigation options.
It really is a very poor implementation for a mobile menu – I’d overwrite it with a plug in, but no plug in will touch it, it seems hard coded and overwrites and other mobile menu plug in.
I will state without a doubt that this is the most difficult theme to customise I have ever worked with – counter-intuitive (tried everything to make menu on the ‘shop’ page sticky, to no avail) and very limited theme styling options without resorting to custom CSS.

Just need the mobile menu to work properly – it looks awful and all submenus are expanded by default. It looks like the way you’ve created drop down/sub menus doesn’t use WordPress guidelines and it’s impossible to use any other plugin to create a professional looking menu on the theme, very disappointing, is there a timescale for an update with updated woocommerce pages, better customisation and a nice mobile menu?

The default menu on mobile is designed to show all menu and submenu items as you can see in our demo. We have not yet planned for the exact date of new release. We will try to release new version as soon as possible.

hi there, unfortunately my support is already expired. Now I’m having this issue on my pages using any of the grid elements of visual composer. it will insert a masonry gallery for example but before the gallery it will show this error:

If you want to have sticky menu on all pages like menu type 2, you can go to Appearance /Theme Option / General Options and select menu type 2.
You can also can select other menu type here.
Please check this option again. If you don’t find this option, you should update your site.

I have some Problem with your Theme Dekor. I add the plugin Seo from Yoast. Now after a few months i see that the meta descriptions allways are wrong. In the Header are some Meta Tags from Theme that overwrite the config from SEO Yoast.

About the problem with Googlebot, because lots of libraries are loaded, on mobiles, some are limited. You can edit in .htaccess file and compress CSS and js. Or simply, you can install 2 plugins: WP Super Cache and Better WordPress Minify plugin and configure in these 2 plugins.

Then, you can go to Appearance/ Menus to locate the menu to Primary Menu.

Hello, first of all I want to complement you for creating this great theme! I need your support for a couple of things though.. Firstly: if while editing a page I add a gallery inside a text block usign the add a gallery option that wordpress puts at my disposal, the pictures open up correctly in a lightbox but I cant surf from one picture to the next because no prev or next buttons appear.. Secondly: if I use Media Grid to create a photoalbum the pictures open up in a blank page and not in a lightbox. Thanks so much for contacting us. To get the latest update, you can login Themeforest and download the latest version.
Updating the theme via WordPress is very similar to the install process via WordPress. After you extract the downloaded file, you go to Appearance/ Themes and delete old version by activating other theme.
Then, you can upload new theme file in Appearance/ Themes.
Before updating, you should backup your data to avoid losing any customizations.
