i have buy docy. I would like to have a page that can only be viewed by logged in users. Everyone else should only see the login page. Do you have a tip for me?
This feature isn’t available in the theme. You have do it yourself.
BTW, if you are a user of EazyDocs pro plugin, you will get this feature.

Hello, today I updated Docy Core to the latest version (along with the theme itself) which is 2.1.3 at the time I’m writing this.
I noticed that the OnePage template has dissapeared from the list of templates for pages. I still have the documentation ID set up for these pages but instead of the usual “OnePage documentation” template it’s now on “Default Template”. Once I manually change the template, the ID field also disappears and I can’t get it back. It also does not work as the page is displayed blank.
Here’s one such page: https://create.help.visitcloud.com/design/ Before the update, the page displayed the documentation for EazyDocs as one single continous page but now it’s blank. Did something happen to the OnePage documentation during the update? It’s a critical part of the website and now it seems to be gone

We’ve moved the OnePage doc to the EazyDocs plugin. Made the OnePage doc creation process super easy and painless. No need to insert the Doc ID manually anymore. Navigate to EazyDocs > OnePage Docs. Then click on the Add OnePage Doc button to create OnePage Doc.

Thanks for the help, found it now. I’ve noticed another issue now that I can’t figure out – The ajax search doesn’t seem to be working properly as it’s not displaying any results. Pressing ‘ENTER’ takes you to the search results page that does indeed work and show the results but they are not shown in the ajax search.

It’s only showing results with 3 levels of nesting. I want it to also show results that don’t have any subsections.
For example this shows up in search: Main Documentation – 2nd Level doc —3rd Level doc
But this doesn’t show up: Main Documentation – 2nd Level doc
How can I make it so the ajax search also displays results from documentations that don’t have a 3rd level?
Yes, the previous search was working same like the current search algorithm.

When we attempt to delete the imported documentation such as Rogan Documentiion we receive an 404 error such as below.
https://ourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php/Delete_Post.php?DeleteID=2230There are 4 that cannot be deleted such as Gullu Documentation Rogan Documentation Sample USer Guide.
Also we have imported kb articles. How do we create Categories and add existing documets in the new Category ?

You shuldn’t face the 404 error on deleting the existing doc. No user haven’t faced this issue yet. Could you show us the process in a screen record video, please.
And, what plugin you used to made the imported kb articles?

Hello. I dont think it is becuase of the imported docs as we tried deleting the demo docs and receive the error. In any event we used WP All Import plugin to import our docs but again this should not matter as we cannot remove the demo docs. I have reinstalled the theme without importing our articles and the issue still persists. We imported demo content and none of the easydocs demo content can be deleted. Please advise as this is a big issue.
I have done more testing and it appears that a new doc cannot be created as it produces the same error message.

How did you create the OnePage doc? We’ve moved the OnePage doc building feature to EazyDocs > OnePage Docs. See the screenshot https://prnt.sc/MUVC8N_NT4m1Note: You have to install the EazyDocs 1.1.9 to get the OnePage Doc feature.

When I create page through EazyDocs > OnePage Docs it doesn’t work at all -> Error page – Page is not found
Save permalink from Settings > Permalink to get this issue fixed.

The tabs aren’t working because of the chines language. We’ve noted that issue. You will get it fixed in the next version of the theme.
And EazyDocs doesn’t create the ‘Changelog’ automatically. It’s imported while you import the demo content. You should be able to delete it. If you can’t delete it, let us know.

I purchased the Docy theme and have it up and running. However, I’m unable to activate the EazyDocs plugin from that purchase. When entering it on the spider-themes support site after logging in and searching support for the topic, it tells me I have an invalid product code.
How do I activate EazyDocs pro without purchasing it separately?
What product code is showing invalid? And EazyDocs Pro is a premium plugin. If you want to use that plugin, you have to purchase it.

How to adjust search results to not show “forum, blog”,only show “docs”
You can show only the docs search results by disabling the search tabs from Theme Settings > General > Ajax Search.

However, when I log in with my wordpress administrator to work with the “Docy theme”, I can’t see any page (I can’t see the preview either). The page is “loading” all the time.
