Dear Sir, They have rejected my refund request. I hope you will consider to my request. Or please explain hot to integrate this theme with visual composer or with any page layout builder plugin. We offer our clients multiple services apart from hosting business like website development, social media marketing and all. To provide these services we have found this theme has lot of limitation to customize. However, this theme very fantastic for those who’re corely interested in selling on hosting. Kindly consider to my request. I am not focused on the refund amount, you can also provide me any Wordpress WHMCS theme which have visual composer. I was not asking about free support. I am asking about the longevity of the theme. Alaska was a highly rated and regarded theme. It was tops on most lists even at the beginning of this year. But, seemingly overnight, support vanished, the developers vanished and it took having users continuously ask Envato before it was listed as an unsupported theme. For those that pick a theme to represent their business, knowing a theme’s longevity has become a question that needs to be asked.
We could commit to developing/update this theme for a lifetime. This is because, when the WHMCS Team release a stable version of WHMCS, then we will update the WHMCS template of this theme. Also, when a bug will raise/find out, then we will fix the bug and update the theme. etc. So, we could commit to developing/update this theme for a lifetime.

In general if a theme is missing something I would skip it and go to the next on on Themeforest. However, I really like this team but, as mentioned by several comments, is missing visual composer which also is a nogo for me. Too bad, and maybe something for the future… otherwise I would have purchased this theme instantly.

Visual Composer is a WordPress Plugin like other Plugins. So, it will also work with our Theme as well.
We just don’t provide support to customize our theme component with Visual Composer. This is because, our theme has an own development process & customization options to customize our theme easily.
So, this is not a Big Deal that we don’t provide support the Visual Composer to customize our theme component.

Hi there, I have purchased the theme and complete the installation process as per the guidelines. In the theme demo when I search for a domain on homepage it redirect to whmcs and shows the results which is perfect. But, in my website when I try to do domain search from homepage it redirect to whmcs but don’t show results just the search field and domain filled up. If i hit refresh it shows the results. I already disabled captcha in WHMCS so there should be any issue with that. But my problem is whenever I try to search from homepage domain search it direct to WHMCS cart page and shows nothing first without refreshing or hit search again. Let me know how I will fix it ?
