Hi there, there seems to be an error in the front-end output ode of the theme. We set the social media links in theme settings correctly, but the links (a href code) on front-end isn’t correct – see pantaya.si for example. Our support license is expired so we can’t reach out to support, but we believe this is an issue that ought to be fixed anyway.

1. You can use the Portfolio CPT to categorize your property items. Also, the Post/Masonry Grid offers the option to filter items by category.
2. Mostly, all Mega Menu builders are compatible with the theme. If you run into any issues, our support team can assist in fixing them.

Thanks for writing in! You can update the theme required plugins by navigating to your site admin area > Ekko > Plugins. Before doing that, please make sure that you are using the latest theme version – v3.8. You can check out the theme changelog here.

Thanks for writing in! You can do that using custom CSS. There are no options to disable the validation tips automatically.
I ask because CF7 documentation says floating validation tips are disabled by default on AJAX forms and only enabled by using the “use-floating-validation-tip” class, which I’m not. Seems like Ekko theme is forcing the floating validation tips somehow, but I can’t find where, and it’s not something done by CSS only, it involves Javascript. Thanks for writing in! First of all, you need to identify the pages where these issues occur. Take each separately, try to locate the element that triggers it, and look for a way to fix it. Mostly all these issues can be fixed with a few lines of CSS code.

You can easily display two buttons in the header area by enabling the Popup Modal and Side Panel buttons from Theme Options > Header. Both buttons can be configured separately and offer a lot of options.

Pre-sales question. I don’t see this in your documentation. Where do we set responsive limit? We have more menu items, so we have to set responsive menu for device smaller than 1400 px. If you can’t set this in your theme settings then it’s not a good theme.

Thanks for writing in! The mobile breakpoint is set at 960px. On screens below this resolution the mobile burger menu will show up. Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t offer an option to overwrite this value, however our support team can help you out with this change.
Then it is not a very good theme. You realise that your own website, https://www.ekko-wp.com/ breaks at viewport 1210px!! The menu items move in below each other instead of switching to responsive menu. This is BAD for google SEO rating!!!

Looks like I am getting the white screen of death thanks to the Template Library and Redux Framework plugin. When activated the site at www.leadspring.co.za isn’t displaying.
I downloaded the plugin again directly and the version is the latest, re-uploaded it but didn’t make a difference.

The new theme update addresses this issue. Please update the theme to v3.6 and KeyDesign Addon plugin to v5.2. To update the plugin head over to your site admin area > Ekko > Plugins > update all plugins.
If this doesn’t work, navigate to the Plugins page > disable and delete the KeyDesign Addon plugin then head over to Appearance > Plugins > install the plugin again.
