The title for v15 is not visible. How do I select it in the theme settings? There is a different title on the homepage and a different title on the product page.

I would like to use thumbnail scroll in Extended View in product page. When enabling Product Gallery Carousel in options, thumbnails galerry is distorted: it loads flex-control-nav flex -control-paging as a <ii> list with clickable points 1. 2. 3. etc. above tumbnails images, and below this list there are thumbnail images but clicking them doesn’t change main (big) image. Is this a known fault and how can I resolve this?

Please navigate to YITH > Compare and for the “Compare Style” please ensure the value chosen is “Textual link” instead of “Button”.

A site’s speed depends on various factors. A theme plays a very small but important role in it. We are not sure what could cause your site to be slow. It needs a detailed audit to identify the blockers.
We can say for sure that the theme does not cause slowdown as its role is minimal and its mostly limited to loading the static assets such as CSS and JS. It does not make any database calls directly.
Have you tried optimizing your site using optimization plugins, image optimizations, and other techniques? They are generally used to increase the performance of a website.

( Ref : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/ ). This means there will be no content in the text editor area or visual composer back-end editor. The content is loaded from the template file and are configurable via page options meta-box that are present below the editor ( Ref : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/#home-v1-page-options ). This makes sure that the home pages are independent of page editors.
However you can also build the home pages using Elementor. For example, you can build home v1 by following the instructions given here : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-elementor/

To update WP Bakery Page Builder ( previously Visual Composer ), you’ll have to make sure you have the latest version of the theme. Once you’ve updated the theme, please de-activate and delete WP Bakery Page Builder from “Plugins” page in admin panel and install the latest version from Appearance > Install Plugins.

1. Yes, the theme is compatible with Elementor, and you can configure the demo pages using Elementor as well.
2. When you import our dummy data you’ll have a website similar to this: https://demo.madrasthemes.com/electro/ which has placeholder images instead of actual images. We do not have the right to distribute the images, we only have the right to use them commercially. Hence our dummy content will contain only placeholder images instead of actual images.
Actual images take a lot of time to import and usually breaks the importer causing error 500 and other issues. Also, your website could be slapped with a DMCA notice in future if they find out about using copyrighted images. It is safer, better and faster to use placeholder images instead of actual images.

They should be more attentive to updates.

I’m currently using your Electro theme with the “Homepage v7” layout, and I would like to replace the default Revolution Slider with a different slider plugin due to performance concerns—Revolution Slider feels too heavy and slows down my site.
I’ve installed a plugin called “Carousel Slider” by Majeed Raza, which supports shortcodes. I tried pasting the shortcode into the “Vertical Menu, Slider, Category & Banners” section by editing the ‘Home’ page, but unfortunately, the slider does not appear on the frontend.
Please note that I’m not using WPBakery, Visual Composer, or Elementor.
Could you kindly advise me on how to properly replace the Revolution Slider with another slider plugin that uses shortcodes, especially for the Homepage v7 layout?

You can override the templates by copying the `templates` folder into the child theme. All our functions are pluggable, you can simply copy the functions into your child theme’s functions.php to override the function.
