With theme do we have to resize the picture to be fully visible on mobile devices??
Hey there, is it possible to make all the product images and featured images square? If so how can it be done? I’ve looked in all the settings but can’t find anything, Thanks in advance

Thanks for the quick reply. I’ve already tried that but it crops the square images to portrait. It seems to work ok for product images but when you use the homepage featured row they are cropping as portrait. Could it be that Shopify has some sort of caching and the tumbnails take a while to display? If it helps i can send you a link and show you what i mean?

all the product images i upload to seem to be to big for theme even if i have editor to right size only shows harf of the image ??

Sorry you are going that route. Just curious, what email are you using I never received anything from you unless it was from the ThemeForest notifications.

I’m trying to upload a custom logo and it looks kind of blurry. (Poor quality). Why is this happening? When I use the name of the store as the logo it does look better (high quality). The thing is I can’t find my logo’s font on Google fonts so this is not an option for me. Please help me.

What size is the logo your uploading?
The max width is set to 940px and the max height is set to 400px.

The logo size is 378×44. I’ve tried everything, but it just doesn’t look as sharp as compared to when I choose to use the name of the store for the logo. So basically when I choose to use my own image then the quality is not the same.
The image shouldn’t be resizing so the quality of the image shouldn’t change. Do you have a URL I can take a look at?

Thanks for sending the example. I’m only seeing the logo a bit pixelated on a retina screen, I think it looks good on a regular screen. Try creating a higher resolution image of your logo and that should do the trick.

Thanks for the kind words about the theme. If you setting everything up yourself you can just buy the $53 version. The Extended version is if your using it for a clients project. Hope that helps.

I’m interested in buying this theme but would just like to know why the checkout page hasn’t got the header or footer like the rest of the pages. This makes it feel like you have been taken to another website.

Thanks for checking out the theme.
The checkout process for the testing site just uses the default checkout system that comes with Shopify, which is a offsite payment gateway. In order to stay on your site, when you select a payment gateway just make sure your use direct payment gateway, that way the user will stay on your site.

Found a little problem you might not be aware of… when looking at my site on my iPhone, the Menu button goes invisible unless I click where its suppose to be then it comes back. Sometimes its fine and others times its gone.

I’ve just tested it out on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPhone 5S and didn’t come across any issues. If you send me an email your url (and password, if one) I can take a closer look to see whats going on for you.
