Hi, i have set maximum products to show on product block section but its does not work, the block showing all products on the selected collection instead of showing the maximum products that i have set.

Im redoing my clinets ecom and it has bug of not shiowing collection page on pc. It shows when in editor and on phone but not for PC.

Most of them are not our theme bugs because if they are theme bugs, we will fix and update for theme immediately not to cause the impact to other merchants.
Bugs from the merchant’s report can come from many factors such as: Wrong settings, don’t know where to set up, app conflict, add custom code…

If I change different variant, it is updating the product option, quantity on sticky cart at bottom of page. But it is not updating price values. I verified on demo store also, It is having same price for all variants. Please keep different prices for each variant. Otherwise how do we know if it is functiioning properly? Customer may feel that our product price is less and adding to cart show more amount. Please fix it. We can not use your theme with sticky cart without fixing it.

I want to purchase this theme, and i have only one question.
A theme i’m already using has an issue on the collection page/Filter page where if a product’s one variant (i.e. ‘L’) is ‘out-of-stock’ but other variants are available (M or S). Now if someone selects that specific variant (L) and selects (‘in-stock’) in the filter, it still shows that product in filtered results.
I’ll buy instantly if you ensure Ella won’t have this problem. Note: I’ll use the dynamic filter, NOT the tags filter.

Firstly, I appreciate your response. However, I’d like to stress that I’ve already conducted tests on several high-performance devices, including the iPhone 13, 14, Macbook Pro M1, and M2. Unfortunately, all of these devices presented the same issue when using the Ella theme.
While I understand that the Ella theme offers multiple layouts and functionalities, I believe that the theme should run smoothly across a broad range of devices, not just on the most high-end configurations. This problem could be detrimental to the experience of many users who may be using older or less powerful devices.

We also are using iPhone 14 pro max or MacBook Pro or other devices like Samsung tablet/ phones and no issue like this happens.
If you think it relates to speed performance, we also tested it with other themes or test it with an old version of ella too.

I want the layout of the product page to be pictures and copywriting to be arranged left and right, so I set it up according to the documentation you provided (documentation link “https://halosoft.gitbook.io/ella-documentation/product-page/demo- and-settings-data). But after the code is pasted, I will always be reminded when saving that “Partition type ‘Product Recently Viewed’ cannot refer to an existing partition file”, so the code cannot be saved. For some reason, when I try to save, I get this error: settings mg_top_mobile must be a step in the range. How can I fix this? I think there is something wrong with the code available in the documentation.

I fixed it, there was a mg_top_mobile set to 9, I rounded it up to 10 and it worked. You might want to fix it in the documentation too
