Hey. Hey. Thanks for a great topic. I have a question. For each event there is an option to save it to google calendar. I would need the option to save all events at once. When I have a calendar open of all events.
And here would be the option to save all events at once. Is this somehow possible please?

Hello, I bought your template today and was able to install it very easily thanks to your documentation so thank you for that ! Just so you know the widget import wasnt working but I got around it copy pasting the content that was inside.
I just installed Loco Translate as I need to translate the site into French. I followed instructions in your documentation. You say to check “choose a location: SYSTEM” for the translation but I get this warning “Notification: This file may be overwritten or deleted if you update WordPress”, does that mean all the translation will be lost when I update Wordpress ? Thanks for your advice on that, will keep exploring

Thank you very much for your answer. I have translated a few for the Events section to see if it works. It seem to work well on a category page but translation won’t appear on an event page, should I open a ticket or did I forget something? (I deleted cache just in case but didn’t help)

Also I see you have a calendar page, does the event registered appear automatically on that page ? I see on the home page you have a gallery, is that easy in your theme for example to create a gallery page ? Thanks in advance hope it is not too many questions.

- Register an event that he gets a pdf confirmation: The user only get PDF ticket like our demo
- Calendar page: The all events will display in Calendar, so you don’t need to register event for displaying.
- Gallery: The gallery only supports for displaying in event.

My tickets are not getting created in the ALL TICKETS section (Even after changing the order status).
The ticket section is always empty, therefore emails not sending to users. Other emails are sending through SMTP correctly.

Event settings are not getting saved since last few days. The only change that was done was the automatic update of the wordpress version to 6.1. After that, no changes added to the “Event Settings” page is getting saved. Because of this, can’t create any new events or update changes.

You can’t update theme automatically if download theme from Envato Element, Please buy the theme at themeforest.

couple days ago event settings stopped to work, i.e. when I want to set a new date for a new event or to change date for existing event in event settings / Basic and press save, it don’t change. Also in Single Event “Event settings” do not react to changes, i.e. when I enter new information in Schedule/Gallery/Organizer/Ticket/Etc. – and press save, it doesn’t save.
What could happened? After this happened, I updated theme/plugins, but nothing changed.
Also when I create an event and then I create a new product in woocommerce, in the section Related to, this new event is not in the list.
Where to look for a problem?

Hello! Thank you. I found one more problem related to this update: when I create a new event and when I create a new product in woocommerce and connect to that new event and when I test it to buy, that product doesn’t appear in the cart.
P.S. before updating Wordpress, there was a notification from Woocommerce, that a woocommerce template “cart” is outdated in the Theme and I need to update it manually. So I updated.
How to fix this problem, so products appear in the cart? Thank you.
Please check surely you choosed product when edit event.
I’ve checked. If I add the product to cart from product page – it works. But If I try to buy it from Event page, it’s empty, no product added. I’ve checked package id, everything the same, but no product is added from new event page. It worked before Wordpress update. Could you check in Theme / plugin this issue?

Hi, I’m using WPML plugin and some string translation can’t find to translate, ex: countdown slideshow could not find Days, Hours, Minutes, Seconds to translate in other language. Another problem is in footer it is showing me widgets with all languages. In widgets admin WPML works perfectly it has opportunity for each widget to add language option to show in that current language, but in the client side it is not working.
1: Countdown slideshow: You can choose language for countdown in Customize, so you have to translate that setting in customize to multiple language.
2: I’m not sure about this problem because We are using widget like default in wordpress. Please try check again.

1.- On one hand, Can I change the tabs items order within the event information. Tabs like “Speakers”, “Schedule”, “Tickets”.... For example, If I want to place the “Tickets” tab in the first position…Can I do that?
2.- On the other hand, if we don’t have speakers because is a sport event, the tab item is hidden, or Can we decide which tabs are hidden or visible?

When I try to Add Tickets to the Cart, it gets redirected to the Cart page, but it’s empty. It works well when I’m logged in as admin. But if I visit the same event page using incognito or any other device (without being logged in), I get empty cart page.
