Hi, I have enar running on a drupal 8 site. Recently i’ve updated the site to drupal 9 and i want to update the theme too. What are the steps to follow to update the theme?, thanks.
Does this support latest drupal 9.3? Also, does the layer slider works on Drupal9?
STEPS to do:
Copy both the enar and innovation themes (located in package at Packages/themes) into your sites themes directory.
Copy all modules module from Packages/modules to your sites modules.
Copy libraries from Packages/libraries to libraries folder.
Enable the Enar and set it to default theme from Appearance menu. http://Yoursiteurl.com/admin/appearance.

But in your latest files that I downloaded, in Packages folder only got some modules, no themes and libraries folder!.Please update your download package..

I have installed this them on my Drupal 9.2 site and the Teams portion of the template is not working. Is there any way to get this working with my site? I really would like to implement the Teams effect on my site if possible.
I would have purchased additional support but I never received any help when I had it. This theme mostly works on Drupal 9 but there are some issues like with Teams and the views innovations accordion that doesn’t work. I also found that some of the features in the blogs don’t work like the buttons for read more. You need to update your theme to work better with Drupal 9

I have bought and downloaded the Enar module for Drupal 9. I am running Drupal 9.1. After following the documentation I tried to install the enar_team module I am getting a missing requirement: field_collection (missing).
I checked this module and it is depricated since Drupal 8. https://www.drupal.org/project/field_collection . I hope this is an error and the theme does not depend on a deprecated module.

I have purchased Enar theme for our website creation. Everything has been almost good so far. However, I am facing a few issues:
1. I am receiving the below error since a few days and icons are not loading on the page. Error: “Some icons were re-registered. Applications should only call registerIcons for any given icon once. Redefining what an icon is may have unintended consequences. Duplicates include: Webcam2Off, Hamburger, Wifi, ChevronDown, ChevronUp, Edit, Add, Cancel, More, Settings (+ 107 more)” in the file stream.common.min.js.
2. The Statistics counter does not increment. On page load, it just shows the total value entered in the “Stats Number” field. I am trying to display the total number of visitors on the website and want to show it as an incremental counter till the total number is reached.
I have not heard back from you even after sending this message multiple times, and also followed up multiple times. This is really urgent since we are going live next week and need to fix these issues before that.
Could you please take this on priority and help me with the above two issues?

I noticed that the statistics counter does not work if I add an icon along with the counter. On removing the icon, the counter incremented realtime. But I do want the icon because it denotes the total number of viewers. Could you please let me know how to fix this at the earliest.

For the 1st error, the magnific popup files have already been there in the libraries folder, but somehow my website is not able to load it. I tried replacing the files also, but no luck! However, that was an issue since the start but it did not affect the statistics counter. If I reuse the statistics counter block in the demo, it works properly along with the icon, but if I try to create a new statistics counter, I am not able to make it work along with the icon.
For the 2nd error, I have removed the piece of code and tried adding the icon to the statistics counter, but no luck. It still does not tick real time.
Please advise. Also, it would be great if you could reply here in the comments section rather than sending emails. Access to emails is not always possible for me. Hope you understand!

I had added the icon to the counter on my live site and kept it as it is so that you can take a look. However, I cannot keep it that way longer, because my site is going live tomorrow. I request you to reproduce this issue at your end with the below steps and assist me on the solution asap.
1. Create a block and place the statistics counter. 2. Enter the title, select an icon, set the stats number and duration field and save.
At this step, the incremental counter does not work. It just shows the number entered in the stats number field but does not actually tick off.
Now, delete the statistics counter totally from the block, and add a new statistics counter. Do not select an icon this time, fill in all the other details and save. The incremental counter does tick off real time now.
Hope I hear back from you at the earliest. Since you did not respond on email, I would appreciate if you could reply back in the comments section from now on, because I am going to write all my queries here going ahead.

I want to add a slider which plays a video file which I am uploading from my system. I am performing the below steps:
1. Add a slider from Content->Layer Sliders->Add Slider and fill in the details. 2. Configure the block to place it on the homepage 3. Click on edit slides->Add Slide->Add Video 4. I am able to add a youtube/vimeo video successfully, but on selecting HTML 5 under General Settings->Video type, I do not see an option to embed a video file or upload one from my system.

How do I get support for this product? I installed the theme and the demo on Drupal 9 as per the instructions but I am getting errors when I try to access the site. I have sent three messages to support but have had no response, not even an acknowledgement that they have received my messages. I am deeply unhappy paying for a theme that does not work and paying for support that is not forthcoming.

I appreciate that we are not in the same time zone, however I did purchase the theme and sent my first message at on 6th October and sent two follow up messages on the 7th October and didn’t receive any response from you until after I posted here.
Anyway, thanks for the response so far. As already communicated, I confirm I have the correct versions of Drupal, PHP and MariaDB installed and have followed the installation instructions to the letter.
Which log file do you want me to send? I have looked at /admin/reports/dblog and there is nothing of note in there so I assume that is not the one you need?
1) After installing the theme with Acquia Devdesktop, if I want to configure it I get this error:

Why would I need support if your theme has no bugs. Still i am getting PHP depreciated code errors. it has been 4 years, you still haven’t able to fix bugs. when i upgraded drupal 9.0.2 to 9.0.3, the theme broke, you had to email me the code. I am totally dependent on the Author for upgrades. I cannot buy support after every 6 months because your coding is poor. i have bought many themes from here, never had this kind of problems.

@innovation_theme your menu is working on demo site, but i am running a clean install. So, the following error appears when i click add a mega menu: TypeError: Argument 4 passed to Drupal\\tb_megamenu\\Form\\MegaMenuAdd::__construct() must be an instance of Drupal\\tb_megamenu\\Form\\EntityTypeManager, instance of Drupal\\Core\\Entity\\EntityTypeManager given. its not working when we add new menu.

1. Uninstall module TB megamenu => block for old tb megamenu will lost => It’s ok => We will configurage again. 2. Download my package and copy module tbmegamenu to your site 3. Install module again 4. Put menu block which category Tb megamenu to region you want again.
P/S: I will try install it on a clean site

i removed durpal 9 and install drupal 8 with your theme, same error. Your megamenu package is not working on drupal 9 or drupal 8. cannot add new menu.
if i install TB megamenu from orignal author from drupal, it working fine on drupal 8.
This is painful, your theme is not working on drupal 8 or drupal 9. Site crashes when I click simplenews in configuration page. too many errors are filled in apache logs, your documentation was last updated in 2016. Hi Innovation_theme, I’d like to recommend to replace unsupported and faulty module tb_megamenu (https://www.drupal.org/project/tb_megamenu/) to Drupal Mega menu (https://www.drupal.org/project/we_megamenu) because it is occurred site errors and generated lot of PHP error messages by Drupal Core TrustedCallback security. Results: Site does not load and could not change and create menu on admin UI. Error message: Drupal\Core\Security\UntrustedCallbackException: Render #post_render callbacks must be methods of a class that implements \Drupal\Core\Security\TrustedCallbackInterface or be an anonymous function. The callback was tb_megamenu_attach_number_columns. See https://www.drupal.org/node/2966725 in Drupal\Core\Render\Renderer->doTrustedCallback() (line 96 of /var/www/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Security/DoTrustedCallbackTrait.php).
I have implemented “Drupal mega menu” as well into your theme, and it does not generated any errors on site. See the results: https://new.hodosz.hu/ I hope I helped for you with my idea and avoid a lot of problem for your customers.

2. and the another problem under Drupal v9.0.2 and v9.0.3. It is impossible for using Innovation layout builder, because Drupal uses newest jQuery version 3.5.1 and it is occured some errors what I have seen in Crome console:

Note: Only Header Top layer section available on Layout builder Theme Appearance settings page and I could not create any layout section. I think you it must be using older jQuery version defined in libraries… I’m using PHP Version 7.3.20.
I have used your database in Demo.zip and Demo-shop.zip after imported in my devsite database.
