Hi guys – great theme!!!
having a slight issue with Outlook though (typically). It doesn’t seem to like the header background image (won’t display/download) – it displays the rest and this issue is confined to Outlook only – Is this a general issue, or do you need me to send you the mailer?
Thanks
Hi Eswyn_G,
Thanks for your purchase! Outlook doesn’t support background images, only solid colors, you can fix this by dragging a full width element to the header area and use 1 solid image for the header picture so it shows on all emailclients. Maybe the menu needs some customization but if you’re having trouble you can always contact us: support[at]rocketway.net
Cheers, Steve
I wanted to let others know that this is not only a great & truly responsive email template, but the team behind it is outstanding & cool to boot!
The template is extremely well commented and the code is tested & beautifully responsive.
In short, they and the template were a joy to work with. Highly recommended!
Hi NativeRadio,
Thanks so much for your kind words, really appreciate it
We’re glad you like Entity!
Please let us know if you need any help or support in the future, we’re here to help you!

Hi ladydekade.
Thanks for the purchase! Please open the purchase link in Firefox or Google Chrome. Otherwise please email us to: support[at]rocketway.net and I’ll send you the purchase link by mail.

Hi guys, thanks for this theme. I was of the opinion that custom fonts weren’t widely supported, but then on some research I found out that they can be supported with a fall back so was content. However, when I sent a test email to my Outlook neither the fonts arrived or the fall backs. Can you help?
Hi uglyeoin,
Thanks for the purchase. We do have a fall back but maybe Outlook won’t accept this because of the custom font. Please send your index file to support[at]rocketway.net and we can discuss this by mail.
Love to hear from you soon.
Cheers,
Sebastian & Steve
This theme DOES NOT WORK IN GMAIL
//NO BACKGROUND IMAGE CSS ALLOWED Google doesn’t allow background image css eg: - background-size: cover - background-position: center center;
//RESPONSIVE CSS DOESNT WORK The responsive css does not work as shown in the demo.
For a theme, this is just unacceptable. Please find a solution and update your theme or give me my money back immediately.
Hi tasmantheory,
Thank you for your purchase.
Before screaming, shouting and asking for a refund it would’ve been decent to simply ask for a little support first instead of posting a comment which damages our sales. Probably something went wrong with your code because our version works fine, check the screenshots.
Google compatible with background:

Responsiveness compatible:

Anyway, everyone gets frustrated now and then, if you send us an email to support[at]rocketway.net with your index file, we’ll dive into the code and will help you out.

Fair call. However, the Gmail images you provide don’t prove anything. Please provide screen grabs of your theme in Gmail at different screen sizes. eg: mobile and large desktop.
Hi tasmantheory,
It works perfect on Gmail. - Gmail App doesn’t accept media queries, so the email is fixed and not responsive in the App (you can read about this on the web). - Gmail doesn’t accept CSS in background images so we can’t position it. What we advise is to upload your background image in our Themebuilder with a more wider image (maybe 1600px or something like that) as our purple background is just a 900px image. Or you can delete the top module with background and make it as a 600px fixed width image like we’ve coded in Entity. I can help you with this. Just send me your index file.
Kind regards,
Sebastian
Nice one.
If we buy now do we have acces to themebuilder 2.0?
Hi Djimmies,
Thanks for your interest!
When bought the template you get automatically access to Themebuilder 2.0 when launched. We’re not sure when the release date is. Please let me know if you need any further information.

Damn youre fast,
Bedankt voor de info
Thank you
We hebben hem gekocht via ander account (swiersma) bedankt.
Bedank! Succes met de template
We like the template builder, but it would be great when the color picker also accepts hex code.
So if you just want to enter your collor this i posible.

Hello, I just purchased this template and I am seeing some major issues during testing. Can you share your litmus results with us? I will be happy to share my email on acid results if you would like!
Hi MPeacock,
Thanks for the purchase!
We’ve tested all our templates before uploading on Themeforest.
However if someone found an issue we love to update our products
Could you please email us to: support[at]rocketway.net so we can discuss this by mail.
Thanks and love to hear from you soon.

HI there
Is there a way in campaign monitor to be able to change the background header of the image as we keep going. Ie/ Diff one for each edition
Hi thrylos7,
Thanks for the purchase!
Apparently you can’t change the background image in CM system yet.
If you want me to do this, I can change it for free.
Please send me your index file + background image to: support[at]rocketway.net
Love to hear from you soon
Cheers, Sebastian
Once purchased we get a link, how many templates we can build? Thanks, Darren

Please let me know if you need any further informaton.

Just wanted to say that this is easily the best email marketing theme/product we’ve ever bought. Fantastic design, VERY customisable and the support from Sebastian and his team is second to none.
Thanks Guys
Hi Dan,
Thanks man
Appreciate it much !
Regards,
Sebastian & Steve
As always, great work Sebastian.
hi lordthemes, thanks man, appreciated!
Hi Guys,
Great little bit of kit this, but I’e got a couple of issues:
Is there a way to save the design without doing an export to a format such as HTML or MailChimp etc?
We’ve imported the zip file for MailChimp into our account, but after sending it it doesn’t look the same. For example, the colour borders around the email itself aren’t there and background images aren’t displaying in the mail client Sparrow for Mac. In Gmail they are displaying, but are repeating.
Are there any image dimensions we should be sticking with for each element?
Kind regards
Dan
Hi Dan!
Thanks for the purchase! This sounds weird. Could you please send us an email to support[at]rocketway.net and with your index file maybe with some screenshots so we can dive into this. Otherwise maybe you can send us also your MC details so we can have a look into your campaign. We like to help our customers and keep updating our products! Love to hear you soon!
Cheers!
Hi,
On your item page it says you can drag and drop elements. However in your demo it seems like you can only rearrange/delete existing elements – in the purchased version is there a drag and drop feature (for example; are all the elements in the left pane and can I just drag them in to place?)
Hi sletts02, you can drag and drop predefined elements (that have a arrow pointer) to a position you prefer. It isn’t possible to drag and drop these from a menu to your template, its ‘switching between elements’.
Please let us know if you need any further information. Steve and Sebastian
I see. I am wrestling between your templates and akedodee’s templates.
Yours are miles ahead because you can enter text/images directly through the template builder.
However, I do like his drag and drop style of building: http://www.rookieapp.com/TemplateBuilder/?demo=CampaignMail
Perhaps it’s something you could add to your roadmap for your builder? It would make creating layouts much faster/easier.
Cheers.
Hi sletts02,
Thanks for the advise!
We’re currently developing Themebuilder 2.0 with new features and updates.
Thanks again!
How does it work with mailchimp? Do you build up the email externally and then import the html and pictures etc. to mailchimp or how’s the work flow?!
Hi andy77,
You can easily export the customized template to your desktop and after this import it to MailChimp and if you like you can link to the images in MailChimp too, but this is also possible with our Themebuilder
Cheers!

Thanks Themecafe!
Wow! Really nice design! I love it!!
Hey Tran, long time no see, thanks man! Steve
