I’m using Essentials Theme with WP Bakery and as of today, the custom CSS editor on WP Bakery pages has an update button where the save button used to be. This is slowing down my editing time, as it forces me to update the page every time I make a CSS edit. Any idea why this is happening?

Hello, I tried to reach out to your support but it only appears you have a live chat feature, however I’m not seeing a reply.

I’m starting to build with your theme but have some issues. For some reason the Essentials Dashboard page is not linked properly from the left-hand admin menu and when selected is showing up blank on WP Admin. It does seem to work when I select Theme Options then select Dashboard from that page. Just a minor inconvenience.

Secondly, it showed my Max input vars (3000) needed updating. I fixed this using the php.ini file and checked it using phpinfo.php but it still shows the error under the Essentials Server Status in Theme Options. Not sure how to make that error go away since it is now set correctly??

Lastly, it seems your Knowledge Base site’s Articles menu dropdown is unselectable. Whenever you hover over the sub topics under Articles, the dropdown disappears and nothing can be selected. I’ve tried it in two different browsers with the same results.

And then transfer the finished site to the main domain. Is it possible to do this with this theme?

Hello – I’ve purchased your theme. It’s nice. I’m using the “slides” template and am curious how I can do the following please.

1. Back to top scroll – Why doesn’t this smooth scroll (neither in my local setup or on your preview site)?

2. On the portfolio grid – If I use the portfolio module, am I able to change the animation style (small up to scale medium, as example)? I’ve done a work around using cards, but this doesn’t have the nice filter unfortunately.

3. Speaking of filter – Any particular reason the portfolio filters doesn’t work?

4. Search doesn’t not close on escape or by pressing X.

Disabling the “Enable section slides” on the page seems to fix points 1,3 and 4. Is there a conflict of some sort?

I’m getting the error: You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template in order for Elementor to work on this page everytime I try to edit the Essentials footer.

First of all, I would like to express how much I admire your theme. It is truly rare to find such a professional and high-quality infrastructure in a theme.

However, I believe there are some areas for improvement, especially in terms of WooCommerce integration. I think there should be a demo specifically designed for selling software and digital services. A theme of this quality should definitely include such a feature, and I personally need it very much.

In my country, I have a strong brand reputation, and I plan to sell service packages for web design, e-commerce, graphic design, SEO services, and digital marketing online. However, I have yet to find a reliable and high-quality infrastructure to support this.

Hi, after I buy the template I want to start working at the website on other domain than the final one, and when I finish the website I will transferi it to the client domain. My question is: The license will still be available on the client domain ?

Before buying theme I want to ask..

It is possible to set on digital-agency-elementor/ version make same portfolio page like /homepage-original-elementor/ version ? I dont know but on digital agency showcase just a photo gallery, opened via popup but no detail page.

I guess we can move elements/section between theme versions?

Suggested Enhancements:

1. Make it so that, on the blog page and category pages, clicking the featured image on the article opens the article.

2. On the blog category pages, make it an option to display category descriptions at the top of the page.

3. Make it so that the white space at the top of article and category pages can be reduced.

4. On the blog category pages, make it an option to not display the author photo or like but on the featured image.

In the meantime, I’m facing an issue with button styling. I want to completely remove the rounding on all buttons when using your theme, but it seems like a slight rounding is applied no matter what I do. Even with border-radius: 0, the buttons still have a small curve.

Could you please guide me on how to make all buttons completely square?
